How about showing how it sounds? Why would you edit music on everything when you use it? Wouldn't the noise level be one critical aspect of the experience?

Got me when you pulled the boy out of the box that was funny my friend. Would really like to add this in my life looks like a lot of fun I’m still cranking along on my Evolve board at 57 this is so cool. Wish it were less expensive but there’s a lot of r&d, tech and construction involved. I love it when new technologies come together for something like this. Definitely not a gas one for me they still pollute to a degree.

Well done! Hi Mike, another great video. Well done! Thanks for sharing. I agree with almost all points. Looks like your board already got some upgrades compared to my model from April 2020, e.g. the power settings, but I heard it is just a software update which I will get in spring. I heard it will also increase the power. With my version I would disagree that it is the most powerful electric Jetboard. Jetsurf is now also using the same charger that the Lift Foil eFoil is using. It is a great charger. The charger I got is okay. Again, well done. Keep it going! Andreas

Perfect for lakes like the one i live near with big no wake zones..looks like a cruiser.
jetsurf tube is a great combination with this jetboard for beginners
yes with Electric, jetsurf tube makes a lot of sense for lessons and rentals to help people get started in jetboarding
I would love to see a review of the Awake Ravik S. It seems to be the only real competitor of the Jetsurf Electric and doesn't have the whole maintenance stuff. Great Video!
We tested awake ravik a lot last year and posted several videos. The s model is basically same just little different shape. I plan to ride it soon in spring
Awake is also more expensive and more heavy.

Great review as always. What’s your honest opinion on Jetsurf electric vs Radinn electric boards ? For petrol I think Jetsurf is by far the best, but with electric I’m not sure.

Hey Mike, How are you, do you have a procedure on how to charge the battery? I would like to see how and the do's and don't. And also how many hours or minutes to charge it and how would you know that is fully charged or not. Thanks!!
At 12:40 I show how to connect and charge the battery.
It takes 2.5 hours. Once charged all lights stop blinking and green light is on (on the charger)

Both boards are fun toys but I would not consider them for wave riding due to big weight and limited riding time. I am riding petrol ⛽️ Jetsurf dfi in the waves, it’s a perfect fit. Lightweight, quick, 1 hour riding time, and noise is not an issue when i am far from the shore.
Just curious, when riding a wave are you giving the board throttle or can you just surf a bit like a normal surfboard?

That's the plan when more and more boards are available.
But probably cheaper is to simply arrive, find a local renting station and rent the whole thing without a need to carry around your own board.

Extra fuel? This video is about electric jetsurf...
As for petrol jetsurf you can either take a second gas tank in your back pack or if you have Adventure+ model then it has extra gas tank in front of the board (on the nose attachment rack).

Why do you use a helmet? What is the danger? Can you hit your head with The board itself? Or is it in case you crash against a rock?
I dont always use a helmet, especially not in casual rides but in the waves and racing I would strongly suggest to use a helmet.. It's a fast and heavy board, you really don't want it to hit your head during the messy wipeout in the wave. Also when learning and going too fast sometimes you can "nose dive" and hit the front of the board with your face if not careful.

Can I ask you something. My jetsurf engine is hard to explode, there is no garenti, release the gas and turn off the engine. Now adjust the gas and wind to make the engine easier. Thanks

Why you need a helmet for this? just asking
The jetboards are very heavy. I don’t want to be smashed by 35kg board in the water in my head in a wipeout

I recommend using helmet for your safety. I rarely ride without a helmet
Total rip off for the price. A very high end electric skateboard with very similar components, batteries, R&D etc is only $4k. Greedy company.
of course not, very naïve. Just simply count the amount of cells you need in a skateboard vs a powerful jetsurf battery.. not even talking making it waterproof and safe to use in salty water is a real challenge. Try putting your skateboard to the sea and see what happens.
