Body, Uni-Floss Neon Orange and Black
Rib, Small Oval Gold Tinsel
Wing, Grey Squirrel and Golden Pheasant Tippet dyed Orange
Hackle, Hot Orange Hen or Cock

2nd time salmon fishing today and landed my 1st ever salmon on this pattern with a dark hackle to the front, thank you very much for teaching me to tie it Davie 😁

the body seem so much more ,more than your usual salmon flees is this a deliberate part of the flee or am i just seeing it wrong ,,,god what am i saying its a smashing flee as per usual ,,,love it when a new flee come up on your channel.

i never meant to be in any way judgmental of this flee its a cracking flee , i just wondered if it was tied with a more full body than Ur usual as it seemed that way ,,and i would be more than happy to fish with it anytime ,,,by the way i stay in Glasgow ,,,lol ,,,as i said i luv when you get a new tie up on the channel as your top of the favorites list for my home page mate ,,,,great stuff keep them coming please and thanks for all the time and effort you make for us on here.

that's a cracking fly Davie, and you make it all look so simple. do you think this pattern could be tied on a size 12 low water single or is that hook not up to the task

I love your video's, they are very helpfull and you are truly a great fly tyerman. Your descriptions are amazing and all your tips and trix are awesome! I have one question, doesen't this pattern have any syntetic material in it? You often do have some crystal flash in the tail, but not this time. How come?
