  • Here is my experience doing DCP runs. This by no means is absolute as different producers have different experiences. Plus, there is nuance to consider. Each person may have circumstances that affect how and what they are doing.
Overall though, if you want to get into the diecast game, this is a good primer to get you started.
Here is a document from DCP showing all the base model options and add-on parts available as of this date. drive.google.c...

Thanks for watching. If you have other questions please ask. I am doing a follow up video answering other questions that have come up.

Wow...had no idea how expensive this was. Really great video and gives some insights to how it works when dealing with DCP. I've used a 3rd party to get some DCP trucks decaled, it was alot cheaper than going through DCP because there was no minimum order amount. I just wish DCP would make more tractor models other than peterbilt and kenworth. I want a International HX620.

Yes for small-batch stuff adding your own decorations and or parts is the way to go. For large orders, a commercial option is a good idea.

Run is a manufacturing team, not a DCP or First Gear team. When a specific amount of one item is produced, it is called a run. Like a run of trucks, a run of shirts, a run of golf balls....etc.
