Love a favorites video! Thank you. Tip: When we sleep, through exhalation we loose abt 16 ou of water every night. First thing in AM replace that amount with water that has electrolytes like quality sea salt. Also nasal breath as much as possible, as we age, mouth gaping in general increases. Nasal breathing increases oxygen to the body, vital for every cell. I even try this as much as possible when exercising.

Hi Beth, I have not tried the bare minerals powder foundation but recently I tried a similar product…the MakeUp Forever pressed powder foundation and I found it to be surprisingly wonderful!!

I find the eyebrow revitalash is very expensive.you were talking about Bare Minerals I am a huge fan of mineral veil I use this like a setting powder. It makes me look better and more youthful also the bronzer is good too also great mascaras are from Benefits easy to apply great brushes lol ❤

Hello Beth, sorry not been in touch for a while, been poorly for quite a will ended up in icu , they didn’t think I was going to make it past the first night , everything that 3:42 could go wrong , did but I’m happy me now and on the mend and enjoying time with my family. You asked for tips, I have one for Nira Pro owners with open pores on their nose that may cause blackheads. Use the Nira Pro on your nose, it reduces the pore size, voila no more blackheads!!

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that eye doctors do NOT recommend you use liner on the waterline of your eyes because you have oil glands there and the makeup can clog those glands up resulting in a Stye. I’m 60 & would NEVER line there. Plus, it must be difficult to get cleanser in there to wash that off. Could also accidentally poke yourself in the eye with the pencil.😉
I have used inner liner for years and never had any problems. My eye doctor has never told me that.
