This is actually accurate. They didn’t include “The Dragon” which is the one who vomits but still drink another shot and vomit again and goes on til the whole thing ends. Lol
In our place, we call that person "Orochimaru", as they vomit like Orochimaru gonna spawn out of their mouth

They forgot the juke box. The one guy who's always called over to play the guitar and has a thousand songs in his repertoire. There's also the page turner - who's responsible for holding up and turning the page of the song book for the juke box. He also holds on to the juke box's shot until he finishes the song. 😂

Awesome channel to watch. I am a Filipino, watching you guys from San Diego. I live in a village there in Northern Luzon and drinking after a hard days of work at the rice field by farmers, is an everyday get together event there. I'm not a drinker of alcohol, ever. I was like her, a designated driver and a protector when i was in the Navy, ensuring that my comrades get back safe on base. I'm retired now and enjoying life. i was a lot of times the gunner. i was a very considerate gunner too, would skip a guy or gal that i deduced to be almost out of the fight and tried to keep em in there for as long as i can. got pretty complicated though when everyone started going to the toilet and didn't go back to their original seat, gotta have decent memory to still keep the tagay in order even though they seated different now 😉🍻
This is acurately hilarious! Fun fact: I once race my drinking buddy to chug 500 ml of coca cola for him vs 500 ml beer for me. Beat him no problem. He had the nose float at the end of the competition. He'd got his nose bubling.

Many people don't mention the last part, sometimes if you don't take a shot, you might get stabbed. This is mostly coming from when people would just set up a table roadside and begin to drink, then they'd offer shots to random passerby's.
Well based on experience, I once found myself turned into a Werewolf, always a Drunken Master/ Runner when I host a drinking marathon in our abode and love turning into a Concert King! If ya'll ever visit the Philippines, steel your livers/ kidneys for the long line of drinking and eating marathons you may encounter without even spending anything! Pinoy hospitality at its best!
Because unlike water, alcohol will dehydrate you. Dehydration means less liquid in your body. Aside from both of them make you pee after a lot of consumption. Lastly the taste.

Fun fact we Filipinos don't have strict drinking age consent for example I tasted and drank beer at the age of 7.

The escape artist gives indicators before he disappears. He appears to drink his shot but he actually regurgitates it in the panulak glass which is used to wash down the alcohol.
The tanggero usually memorizes the level of the panulak glass contents before passing it out and carefully examines it when it returns for indications of regurgitation like pulutan bits! Hahahahahaha.
Im usually a Tanggero and part of the runner too... But i have not seen a fun and funny guy but i try to be that too hahaha and Oh the runner in the philippines can be safer cause we have a ton of public transport in the Philippines

Mostly these type of drinking are only for men and polotan (appetizers) generally are the kinilaw (ceviche) or small fried dumplings. Practiced in Visayas and Mindanao. Different region have different polotan.

Im filipino and I can say im the Drunken master in the group. Its sad no matter how much i drink i dont get the tipsy that i always used to have. Its the result of drinking daily 💀. And with the question of the bottomless pit of drinking, maybe cuz u go and piss alot which makes room still for the drink. Well for me i always go piss alot when in the middle of a drinking session
I remember a friend invited a foreigner for a drink and he realizes they don't eat even if he ordered some "pulutan" drinking to them is just drinking

alot died due to ice pick stab multiple time though the aftermath of drinking which is why it is an honor among the drinker to pass it all safe without the influence of the devil
