Yeah it has a reduced effect on bosses in m2/m3, but still has full effect on normal mobs. You still want even on bosses though, so you can stack multiple different weaken effects.
@@AverageEcho yea, I’m just saying, have to prioritize yourself as this game dies and there’s less and less people to go with, I weight fortifying perforate on spear as having more value than skewer on spear because it’s way more sustain when going with unreliable people.
