Typically with large scale big budget movies you hear about them well over a year prior to release, this movie comes out in September and nobody has ever heard of it.

Hopefully it keeps the heart of the trailer and doesn’t devolve into just another action movie. This really has potential to make you think as well as just enjoy the spectacle.

This isn't "Mankind's collective consciousness" though, it's someone who is on strike *right now* because his union thinks they can't outwrite a glorified chatbot. The writer is neither unbiased nor educated on the subject, so his work should be enjoyed as entertainment and nothing more.
We'll never heed the warnings; Bill Gates and Elon Musk have said AIs are dangerous. To deliberately misquote a fictional character in a film "You were too busy asking if you could, you didn't stop to think if you should."
Just look at the tensions in the Middle East the past 30-40 years, Hollywood made films about fictional bombers attacking America, then on 11th Sept 2001 what happened?

Holy crap this looks good. A familiar and timely trope but with a unique take and an epic scale. I can't wait for this to hit the big screen.
The Golden Child meets Terminator type of vibe
Although the movie has another AI taking over the world and eliminating humanity theme to it, the trailer looks pretty good with some money spent as well. I generally like the theme to see if the writers can come up with something a little different than previous movies (like the Terminator series for example). I will definitely be looking forward to seeing this one...too bad everyone's got to wait a few more months to see it.

Didn't he already star in that big sci-fi movie, Tenet, that totally flopped? Being the son of a big movie star is not always great for your own movie career. Will Smith's son got to star in the new Karate Kid movie with Jackie Chan, and then with Will Smith himself in After Earth. Did he become a big star? Nope. Even with that huge advantage, he hasn't made it. I'm not seeing anything special out of Denzel's son either.

The Creator looks so amazing! I a big fan of sci-fi movies that feature A.I. that are either robots or androids. I'm excited to go watch it in a theater when it gets released.
I saw the trailer for this as an ad on something else I watched on YT earlier. I came here to watch this trailer again because it’s my first time to be excited about an upcoming movie or TV show in a long time. It’s not Star Wars, Marvel, DC, Disney, or some other woke reboot trash. This movie looks to be pure, thought provoking, original storytelling for once. It’s very exciting!

The visuals are stunning. Its like a new wave cyberpunk aesthetic with modern nihlistis/doomer undertones. Love how they weaved natural environments into this modern world. Comes off very realistic, reminds me of future Earth created in the Halo franchise.
Looks like something Neil Bloomkamp would have made.
I love sci-fi, though one thing that bugs me about a man v robot situation is precision. AI is basically a computer, and a computer that smart would be capable of making immense calculations in no time at all and hitting every target bang on and working out what it takes to win through maths, Yet we see targets getting missed all the time.
AI dont have luck, thats what missing with AI, AI can not caculate infinite possibility, but Human with good heart, even can not calculate thing can have luck, luck is the one natural thing, and AI + Natural = that will be perfectly perfect
We assume that AI would be super good at math. But when you look at something ChatGPT it actually is kind of bad at it.
I could see a case being made that these systems are built from large numbers of models assembled into larger systems with a very limited conscious controller that while superior than humans at many kinds of tasks since it's plugged directly into the machines it controls, they aren't able to effectively do what an air-defense system does in real time. We don't know what consciousness is, or if it's even possible to build a conscious computer with complete access to it's own internal workings and that raw data inside of it - in the same way we can't access our heart or limbic system.
Humans also are actually really fast at processing visual information and turning that into actions, faster than the processing power of our brain would suggest. It's just instinctual and heuristic rather mathematical, and the new AI models are building are heuristic models without the precision of manually driven programming despite being very good at lots of things.

It was good, I watched it with both my brother and dad in the cinemas. It was a 10/10, a sci-fi and moderny mix! Really splendid movie about AI.

It honestly looks like a perfect prequel to The Matrix…. Lord knows it has all the elements and storyline that would affect the robots taking over. Vis-à-vis the Animatrix.

Wow! This movie was really good!!! I love these type of A.I. sci-fi robot movie. It reminds me of The Last Airbender mixed with touch of District 9 to it. The special effects was very good. I’m praying for a sequel 🙏
