Did not fix the connectivity. Apple Store couldn't fix it, sent it out to Apple...gave me a new phone in old case and after a week the SAME problem happened to the new Iphone Pro Max 12. It's a known problem. Now they expect me to do this again. Tried all the tricks, man on the phone said to take it to Apple. Thanks, but doesn't work.
ps they replaced inner core put it back in the case and same prob happened ...traded down to a 11 that works beautifully. 12 has issues even ppl at Apple agreed.
@@paulcarlos5278 nope was all free as I had coverage on the phones. They fixed it enough and I traded it for another phone and recevied a large credit. Don't try making a phone work that's got so many problems is how I see it.
So I watched this video because I restarted my phone and it showed “no service” this angers me because I need to text and call people. I was hoping to get it fixed by watching this, but nothing helped?
Hi Michaela M, Make sure your SIM card is working, and you are in the network coverage. If it also does not work, try using a different SIM card if possible. If you still have the problem, it can be a hardware issue.

Did they also charge you $599 for the repair?

Just updated my 12 pro max and now I have no service! Have reset everything and still not working.
Hi Kapu Tini, You need to make sure your SIM card is not causing the issue. If so it can cause a problem.

@@Jjmartin1530 traded down to the 11, haven't had a problem and got a credit. Was a win win. Can upgrade when I want but I'm happy now.
In my case my phone when u can flight mode sim card show after when u try to call or open data again no service 😟😟😟
