Just a thought... why not take a 500 piece puzzle and, once it's completed, split it into 5 sections, each with 100 pieces? Then use those separate sections to practice with? Hope this makes sense... I've literally just thought of it and am going to give a try this week. 🙂 Love your channel and you sharing your ideas and puzzles. ❤

That’s a great solution even though it will be missing part of the edges et cetera but obviously we cannot fully have same experience anyway and for speed practise that will definitely do it!
I believe e.g. the floral reflections(?) puzzle from WJPC 2022 would work perfectly for this. Let us know how it works for you!
The Masterpieces collections have about 10 puzzles in one box ranging from 100 to 500 pieces that are normal sized. I’ve just started speed practice with them. They are super affordable.
Thanks! I will need to check it out where those are available. I could only find their 1000 piece puzzles and puzzles with XXL pieces in Finland.

Here are some other mini puzzles, or puzzles with smaller piece counts with smaller style pieces, that I have loved doing…
Cra-Z-Art 2 in 1 (2 puzzles 240 pieces each, 9x11 inches) These are older dollar store puzzles found on eBay. Very flimsy pieces, but image quality is great and I’ve never had a problem with misfitting pieces.
Irregular shaped piece puzzles: (fun but probably not for speed puzzle practice)
Curiosi Miniature Mini Puzzles Q Series - 72 piece
Nautilus wooden mini puzzles.
There are also so many affordable beautiful wooden puzzles on Temu and Ali Express.
TUCO Round Miniature Puzzle - 55 pieces - vintage
A lot of vintage 1930s puzzles have around 200 piece counts (very loose non interlocking)

Ravensburger has 99, 200 and 300 called puzzle moments. I love those. I think they are the same size as the 500
Are those packed in square-ish looking puzzle boxes? I remember seeing them on social media but never here in store. Thank you so much for the recommendation. Maybe those can be ordered online. :)
@@puzzlewithemilia yes exactly those. I have ordered online, both from Amazon and puzzle shops in Sweden and Denmark. I like your videos, I’m new to speed puzzling but I love to do jigsaw puzzles.

I love the 100 piece puzzles the New York Puzzle Co puts out. They are the closest to "normal" pieces I have found in a mini puzzle. I'm not sure if they ship outside of the US though.

Wow. You are so fast. I love puzzles but I definitely am not a speed puzzler. I just do the wooden irregular puzzles on my channel for the visuals.

I'm also looking for small count puzzles that have the standard size piece, but where Iive, they are made only for kids.

I assume that photos would be better images for these, instead of cartoon characters? Cartoon images might be a bit too easy... 😢 What about the piece size of Micro Puzzles, are those better? Or too small? And what about the huge piece gap between 300 and 500? 😬 I think it's quite a difference. Or are there some 400 piece puzzles...? Ravensburger (or some other brand!) should publish a lower piece count series meant for speed puzzling! 😁
Yes and no, I guess 😅 The size of micro puzzle pieces is way too small for me personally. And you are right, it would be nice to all 250, 300, 350, 400, 450 piece puzzles before. I haven’t seen many other than 250-300. I should damn develop my own speed puzzle practise line 🤣
