- HomeBrew Tractor Plow during a Maine January Snowstorm. This is a how to demonstration on how to use a manual angle snowplow. Tilt, Angle, and pushing wet heavy loads. Also, how to use a 3 point hitch grader blade in conjunction with the front Snowplow.
Here it is two years later. I have a homemade wooden plow that sits on my bucket and a rear blade but I mounted a 2 inch PVC pipe on the bottom which allows me to drag it over my gravel drive and some of my lawn without causing any damage. Great build and nice job of snow plowing. It does amaze me how there is always someone that is gonna tell you about pushing snow across the road. I push snow across but I always clean it up. I guess it helps that I'm a retired cop and my neighbors all like me.

Did you clean up the road when you were done? I Think that is a $1000 fine to push snow across a township, country or state hiway in ND.
We live in Maine. So long as you push back further then the the Town plow path you are fine....in my Town.
Nice tractor. Like the sound of the engine. Does it have a foot throttle.? That would be handy.

Kiotti LB 1914 about a 1997 vintage. And yes, it does have a foot throttle!

Myers 7 foot.

Just get a western truck plow for a few hundred dollars. They have 3 cylinders and there are 1000s around.
Take the loader off. Mount plow to tractor. Use Hydraulic controls from loader to lift and also pivot. Way to far in front of tractor.
