Hi Vanessa. Maybe the answer is that "doc" is the short form of doctor, the place where we (and the boats, it seems!) go when we are ill. But "sick" sounds a little bit like "sink" and "doc" sounds like dock, the specific area for boats. Is this right?

In Japan, a medical checkup is called 人間ドック (Human Doc) when it is a complete suite. English speakers often think the "Doc" stands for doctor but it actually comes from the docs in which ships receive maintenance.

Seven ate nine is a good one 😂 eventhough i now can only think about a supernatural line where a character answered the question with "i assume because 7 is a prime number and prime numbers can be intimidating" 😂😂😂 i actually didnt get why this line is so funny when i watched it the first time, because i didnt know about the 7 ate 9 joke, but after i got it, it was hilarious 😂🙈
