Vanessa, thank you for talking about differences between textbook english and the real english. I just want to know why textbook writers do not care about this issue? After a long learning language period, I still hear so many routin phrases which I've never seen on textbooks 🤔🧐
I've just learned you used to fly airplanes. It's great because we share the same passion. I'm a professional pilot. Improving my English with you is being a great experience.

I love to eat "Kheer" as my favorite dessert. Kheer is the special dessert in our country, made with three main ingredients such as Rice, Milk, Sugar, and for its dressing dry fruits are added for garnishing.
Never thought that the word drawer is actually pronunced in that way😆.
This lesson is really helpful.
Thank you so much!

Edit: Guys I meant u can find a different version of it in Turkey. If u can find in ur own country too, it's good for u because künefe is just delicious. Everyone should taste it at least once for me. 😂 😄👌
Come over again and Kunefe is already waiting for you sir.
it's originated from Arabic countries and it is still there
It's ubiquitous. I can have kunefe even in india
I love turkey seris like ertugrul gazi

I've always used by + transportation when speaking but from now on, I'll use what I learned in your lesson, by the way, I like the way you speak and your beautiful sense of humor. Thanks a lot Vanessa. Regards.
You have a perfect pronunciation . I want to see more video like this 😍

In a nutshell, was another remarkable lesson for us, I love shadowing you, and at the same time, I'm learning. So I feel like I can't express enough how gratified I am. Love her way of teaching, she's such a tremendous mentor. Greetings from Colombia.
"in a nutshell" is not really used like you used it :) It was cute and funny though.
how "grateful' I am or "happy" (simple and easy) especially when it's not formal.
I love "following" you
-You switched from speaking to her directly, to speaking to an audience.
"That was another remarkable lesson"
I'm really trying to help you that's all. We all have something that we're trying to learn and we like it when someone corrects us. I hope you're not mad at me lol

You're awesome 😍 really inspiring and love your classes 🥰
Definitely, I really love your way of teaching Mrs Vanessa, you're the best.
Hi Vanessa and everyone else! As it's said:
"The one who does nothing makes no mistakes" . In any case I don't want to be that person who does nothing.
Yes, I make a lot of mistakes over and over until I come to the right result. That's really useful to watch these awesome and absolutely amazing lessons. Repeating all of the words, phrases, rules, tenses, grammar structures leads hard-working students to success. Vanessa, we're all so grateful to you for this excellent work!!!
That last one really got me. "Drawer" is like a "Door" but with that "r" in between :-)
I think nobody's ever said or can never say, " I have thirty three years.."
Hey Vanessa ma'am!
I'm so delighted to see you again here! Thanks for the useful 'n' enlightening lesson, I'm grateful to you a lot!
See you soon!
Thank you Vanessa for your lessons
Thank you Vanessa, you are the best teacher!
"eventually" in english mean like "consequently", to say a thing that would happen for sure.
"eventualmente" in italian it's a word meaning more like "if so, maybe...".
This difference confuse me

Hola vanessa💛
You are a wonderful teacher...thanks so much...
You have an amazing way of teaching. Thank you for this video!
We don’t make mistakes if we don’t do anything...
Yeah
Yeah 🤧
My favorite dessert is "arroz con leche". I'm not very sure where is this from but you can find it anywhere here in Perú.
Brasil arroz doce
Arroz con leche is from Argentina; but I prefer mazamorra morada
@@francescoch4470 No it isn't. It's asian but it was exported to América during the colonization. Basically every latino thinks that el arroz con leche es de su propio país:)
Vanessa, I really appreciate your hard work for those who don't have a good teacher.
I'm so grateful to you, Mrs Vanessa. I'm improving my English thanks to you💗
Love this video! Vanessa, what is the name of the aisle where a bride passes? Just aisle?
BTW, I love Minas cheese with guava paste! We call it in Brasil "Romeo and Juliet".
You can say: "The bride is walking down the aisle." The phrase "down the aisle" is a great phrase to know.💗😊
@@SpeakEnglishWithVanessa Thank you! 🥰
Another common mistake for spanish speakers is when we want to say "the 3 of us are fine". This structure is very different from ours. In spanish it would be, WE 3 ARE FINE, something like that, hahah.
Greetings from Argentina, Vanesa!
That's the same problem am facing also in my Spanish lessons, it's confusing in most cases thinking the way we say words in English, it's the way I have to translate them which is completely different.
Vanessa I really love your positiveness and way of teaching YOU'RE AWESOME ❤️🔥
Thank you very much for your work here. I've been learning everyday with you. Keep on help us to enjoy our speak. 🙏🙏🙏
In Bengali, we speak about our age like this, “My age is 17 years.” or “My age is 17.” simply dropping that ‘years’. However, we can say “I am 17 years old.” in Bengali but that is very unnatural to us. Almost nobody speaks like this.
I have a question What is the correct pronunciation of "three" and tree?
Tremendous method of instructing, thanks alot.
Thank you Vanessa, I am a Filipina and I leave here in texas and I learned a lot from you ❤
