Wow, I watched this like 5 times looking for other bad drivers, and the fuckin Mandalorian walks past RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, and I STILL didn’t see him! It’s like those times you go looking for the ketchup in the fridge, but can’t find it cause it’s been moved 3 inches to the right. Fuck, I know I’m tired, but c’mon!!

I didn't find Mando to be out of place, it is California after all. I figured it was because the Tesla didn't have a front license plate. Isn't that required in California?
9:56 Sorry Reddy but you would be more at fault my man. Stop speeding through parking lots. Granted the stop sign for you is missing (probably got taken out by a driver and never replaced), but you should always be cautious in parking lots especially pulling out onto the main road of the lot. You know how you can tell its a main parking lot road? There are no parking spots on it 🙂

The other driver did stop. The stop sign was on road parallel to Reddy. Toyota (?) driver did stop and turned right. Reddy was crossing entrance/exit. He would be 100% at fault for not giving right of way.
Reddy looked to be traveling about twice as fast as the other vehicle. In a parking lot, you stop at every intersection, sign or no sign.
Other car clearly ran a stop sign.

That guy hit by the mustang driver shows us why it's important to pay attention to what is going on around you. That mustang first crashed an entire 8 seconds before hitting the submitter pickup truck. When you see a car sliding out of control, you want to slow down in case this exact situation occurs. He basically drove into a mustang that was out of control that he had plenty of time to avoid.

Actually that's the wrong response if you don't believe your vehicle will be able to stop in time especially when there's traffic behind you.

The leaf must be traveling 80 mph cause they have a top speed of 90 mph
Several things:
1. Always hesitate a little when accelerating when your light turns green. Too many people run lights
2. Be calm and don’t hurry
3. Be extra careful in the morning when people are trying to get to work and when they are coming home between 5-6pm
4. Be aware of what’s going on around you at all times. Be proactive
5. Always use your mirrors
6. If someone tailgates you just switch to the right hand lane and let them go by.
7. If you have a fast car, it doesn’t mean you have to go fast.
8. Don’t be the world’s cop and try to confront everyone on their bad driving, you’re asking for trouble.
9. Don’t drink or get high and drive. Have someone drive you home.
10. Plain and simple: don’t be an asshole
1. A pick up truck in the opposite direction ran a red light a full 5 secs after it'd turned red earlier today.
6. Nope. Sounds like the safe thing to do but, almost got clipped many times this way: I'm passing a car, and, as soon as I put my blinker on, the tailgater cuts through before I can even "move out of their way". If someone is tailgating you, let them figure it out.

That’s the very first thing I thought when I saw it… & on top of that they’re passing on the rightmost extremity of the road. I’d say both are responsible

I’m not usually one to defend Mustang drivers, but that idiot in the Leaf was doing like 90 in the slow lane. They should have their license revoked.
Regardless of how fast the Leaf was going, he occupied the lane. It's his lane. Signalling doesn't give a driver right of way. It is the responsibility of the Mustang driver to ensure the lane he's moving into is clear. He didn't. Also, in most states it is legal to pass on the right on a multi-lane roadway as long as you remain on the roadway (e.g. not a shoulder).
Leaf's fault was speeding. The crash is the Mustang's fault.
#3 Reddy needs to get his eyes checked. The other car did not run a stop sign. Even though it's a parking lot, you can see the part of the road Reddy is crossing is the main exit from the parking lot (further to the left you can see the actual main road). Ergo he's technically on a "side street" and should have checked for cross traffic before proceeding straight.
The other car turned right from another "side feeder" into the main stretch. Not sure if it ran the sign, though, as the other parked cars on Reddy's side block visibility.

If Reddy was paying so much attention that they saw them run the stop sign, why did Reddy hit them? Makes no sense

@@trm4life Nah, they didnt. If you watch at 9:54, you can faintly see the top of the car just before they made the right. The other car definitely stopped, or at the very least slowed down alot before making the right. Just bad timing that as they made the right and were already on their way, the cammer was also coming straight down.
But the reality is, the cammer would be at fault, because the moment the other car entered the main parking lot road, ontop of reaching that mini intersection first, they have the right of way, and the cammer was now obligated to yield to that car, or in other words, slow down/stop, and proceed once it is safe to do so. The cammer was also driving noticeably faster than the other car, so ironically THEY were the ones speeding, not the other car like they tried to blame for. The cammer literally saw the car, and didnt stop at all for them, just expected them to stop, even though they didnt have to. The stop sign was at the point BEFORE they made the right turn onto the road where the cammer was driving across.

9:48 the submitter was going faster than the other driver. I don't know about any stop signs, but in a parking lot, a crash is usually ruled 50/50.
Any stop sign at a parking lot is merely a strong suggestion but it’s best advised that you at least slow down.

But yeah, the cammer is on the parking aisle (side street), whereas the other driver is traversing a primary aisle (primary roadway), and therefore should've been ready to stop.
I say the submitter would be at fault since the other cars were on the main aisle of the parking lot... They have more priority but even with dashcam it would be 50/50
The cammer in the parking lot would have been at fault. There are stop lines painted on the road. Apparently his stop sign is missing. That doesn’t mean he’s not at fault. The paint markings are considered valid even when the sign is missing.
@@richardbeckenbaugh1805 Dunno about you, but I didn't catch a glimpse of any stop line on the road on Reddy's side. I could see the stop sign on the other guy's side.... but it looked like THAT stop sign was for the row of parking spaces he just came out of, NOT the cross-road. Looksl ike one incredibly confusing parking lot. Either way, takes balls for him to say the other driver was "driving at a speed not safe for a parking lot", when he himself STOMPED on the gas pedal right before arriving at that intersection. Both that AND him subsequently slamming on the brakes because of his utter stupidity are clearly visible in the video.

HOW, how on earth can people continue driving after witnessing an crash?! What if you have an accident?? Would you want others to pass you while you're stuck in a wreck?? If everybody relies on somebody else, and no one stops, guess what happens... I wish those people the same support they give to others.
Over here in england iv never seen someone not stop when theyve seen a crash, well except once when someone was driving like a total twat and nailed a ditch which i mean, fair. Americans are very self centred most of the time sadly.

Seriously! I really can't believe the kinds of accidents people will just continue driving past. It makes me angry that people think it's fine to just continue on without checking if everyone is ok.
a lot of the times ppl have to get places. especially if you’re going to work. not every boss is lenient and will understand or even want to hear an excuse. or what if they had their own emergency going on? especially if someone else is already stopping, why should u need to stop as well? that’ll just build up more traffic, risking another accident. you should think about both sides before jumping to shame people. try having an open mind

It has been said previously: DO NOT PASS WHEN APPROACHING OR IN AN INTERCHANGE, ENTRANCE OR EXIT point. This is directed at CM in the Honda. The slow lane or the two right lanes need to become static so that mistakes do not result in collisions. These are not accidental. They can be prevented.
The guy hit by the Mustang driver illustrates the importance of staying aware of your surroundings. The Mustang had already crashed 8 seconds before it collided with the submitter's pickup truck. When you see a car losing control, it's crucial to slow down to avoid such situations. He essentially drove into an out-of-control Mustang that he had ample time to avoid.
I saw my first "in person Tesla" this week at a charging station in a small town in NC... I mean... a REALLY small town.
I talked to the owner for a few minutes and told him about/ recommended "your channel". Really hope he sends you some Tesla cam!

Man im about an hour out of Charlotte and ive had mine for almost 3 years now, for the first year there was none. Teslas are everywhere around here now, you must be really far out to not have seen one by now. Wait till the CT starts popping up here and there going to be hard to miss those! lol

I live in Virginia... my entire county of Mecklenburg is 679 sq miles and has 30k residents. Our biggest town has roughly 4,700 people.. yeah it's pretty rural here and Teslas are rare.
@@notme2day Wait till you get a ride in one. Mine is the M3performance 0-60 in 3.1 sec it throws you into and up the back of the seat even at half throttle . There is nothing like it . Ive cooked corvettes mustangs and almost ran over a BMW i8 Spyder at half throttle down an on ramp. we went over trip digits by halfway down then I got off it but I couldnt get much past half pedal or id have hit him , if I had been in front he'd have disappeared. The acceleration is INSANE! And get this those little pump and dump stop light jumps use less than 1% of the battery so you can do them all day long .
There are a couple of these videos where the cammer just continues on, speed unabated, even though there are ongoing accidents in adjacent lanes. For example, there was Shawn, continuing on speed unabated, even though that Honda Civic had just crossed over his lane and hit the central barrier. It could easily have bounced backing into his lane and caused an even bigger accidents.
Similarly, Jeffrey saw that accident to the right with the side swipe, yet didn't slow down in the slightest, although this time he wasn't lucky and hit a couple of vehicles that crossed into his lane.
I should add, it wasn't just the cammers. Nobody seemed to slow down, despite all the mayhem around them. Even if they can't avoid the impact, they can at least lessen its violence by losing some of the kinetic energy.

09:50 50/50 responsibility if a collision occurred. There is no stop sign on either side, so it needs to be treated as a 4-way stop. The one visible in the video is for a different intersection. Reddy is also driving too fast in a parking lot. I hope you learned the lesson. Next time, drive 5-10 mph and always stop at the intersection in a parking lot.
There IS a stop sign on the other side. Other car California rolled the sign.

@@daveclark8337 He didnt run a stop. He litterally had to stop before making the right onto the main parking lot road. The stop sigh was before the turn onto the main parking lot road, so that stop sign has nothing to do with what happened here. The cammer, was the one SPEEDING straight through an unprotected intersection, which caused the near collision. If you look at it objectively, the cammer is the one at fault. The car that made the right, was already on the main roadway before the cammer, meaning they had right of way, and the cammer was the one that needed to yield, and proceed when its safe to do so. They didnt do that though, and their own video literally proves that, considering they were driving noticeably faster than the car that made the right. Come on now

It is a sobering reminder to wear your seat belt. This am, I went to two grocery stores. In each lot, a driver was driving the wrong way down a one way lane. In my neighborhood, people routinely run stop signs and red lights without slowing down. For this reason, I did install a dashcam in front.
I think that Leaf is more at fault for busting ass way faster than all other traffic in the far right hand lane no less.

Honestly so Confused at how everyone missed the fact that JOLENE’S Video clearly states “Jolene was making an exit when she had to SLAM on her brakes for TRAFFIC that was STACKING up” then proceeds to go on about how the truck driver was impatient or wanted to save time…..NO. That truck is carrying thousands of pounds if flowing traffic at 50-60 suddenly stops of course that much weight takes a lot more time to halt he was just saving himself and the lives of those around him. HE ALMOST CERTAINLY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME/DISTANCE TO SLOW DOWN PROPERLY AS PEOPLE ARE BUTT HEADS AND PROBABLY CUT HIM OFF FOR A QUICK EXIT TOO. 4:17

#3 - In a parking lot, the driver in the MAIN aisle or lane has the right of way. The side lanes/aisles have to stop for any traffic. Regardless of that guy running a stop sign, he had the right of way in the main aisle.

@ Nr4; you should always get your car checked , even after a small bump that doesn’t appear to show any damage. I got rear ended a few years ago with no visible sign of damage. I decided to get the car checked anyway, and found the rear of the car was bent up from the “C” pillar. Almost wrote the car off. It did get fixed (was my pride and joy), but it just goes to show that you should never take a small bump for granted.

Bus "crabbing" sideways along the road most likely to be a broken leaf spring U shackle on the right side...
so the right rear wheel assembly "drags" back and the left rear wheel assembly still stays in the correct place

I once dealt with a bus carrying 48 passengers that had come through mountains passes and one lane bridges after a shackle broke...
driver was told to keep going and his broken down bus would be met by the boss with a substitute bus for the transfer of the passengers......
while the driver could then drive the crippled bus another 50 miles to the depot for repair.
The back of the bus was over the centre line of the road!
SHEESH that deer spooked me!🤣 it bolted like a pro between those cars, amazing that it didn't hit them😳 also ✨mando✨😬

6:10 This intersection is Naval Station San Diego, it is one of the most dangerous intersections anywhere because of how unorthodox it is. Common spot for crashes.
Also the San Diego trolley stop here isn't too far from the convention center ... this was likely during the Comicon week.
#9 There's nothing confusing about that intersection. I'm hardly ever in that area of San Diego (because I'm not military), but everything is pretty clearly marked. Some people are just oblivious lol
Yeah intersections get way crazier than that.
And people everywhere who stop on, or completely past the painted lines intended to mark the end of a lane and the beginning of an intersection, are just plain poor drivers.
#9 I wasn’t paying complete attention when you said it was in San Diego, but I immediately recognized that intersection! That’s near Naval Base San Diego 32nd Street! Your bad Tesla man was on the wrong side of the road! He was southbound in the northbound lane. The road veering off to the right is a freeway on-ramp to I-15. The road 90 degrees to it goes into the barracks. I can’t figure out how he got on the wrong side, but that is *really* messed up!
I worked at that base for 15 years. The driver wasn't driving on the wrong side of the road. He was on the exit from the freeway and needed to stop at the white lines about 20 feet back. Behind the cammer is a trolley line; that and the base traffic make for the worst intersection in San Diego.
1:00 I'm confused, what the video shows is the Nissan leaf hitting the mustang, unless something happened prior to.....
I slowed it down and yeah what's hard to see in the video is there is one more lane to the right. And that's where the mustang driver hit the leaf, although the leafs speed should be a contributing factor as well....

That red Tesla sitting in the intersection is 28th street downtown San Diego. That’s the Naval Base entrance where the Tesla turned into.
When me and my mom where driving on I-25 South heading to Colorado Springs, anyway my mom was in the fast lane but she was doing the speed limit when this car was tailgating her so mom slightly tapped her breaks to say “back off” so the car went around and got in front of us and slammed on their breaks two times trying to get my mom to cause an accident
your mom should have legally moved over. other car was obviously in the wrong too.
