Hey AJ, all is well here. I’m glad you liked the video. I've used it twice in my course of fire classes so far. The only issue I had at this time was getting used to the grip angle. I normally run my VP9 in class and the Echelon has a slightly different grip angle. That's not really a negative, it's just a muscle memory thing. Just watched your video and you may have already figured this out but I've watched several video's and seen some issue's with the extended magazine base plate popping off and from what I've gathered there was poor quality control with the base plate the clip is suppose to be to the inside of the magazine and not on the outside you can check this out to verify that.From what I seen on your video your extended magazine base plate clip is on the outside of your magazine where it's suppose to be on the inside I'm looking to get one myself too I'm really liking them and I was just trying to help with that issue I could be wrong but that's what I'v gathered from other video's.
Hi, I saw a lot of people are having issues with the mags exploding. So far mine have been solid. I use them in course of fire classes all the time and they get dropped on the cement floors. I have even dropped these mags fully loaded on cement floors and still no issues. The base plate clip on the 20-round mag that came with the echelon had the base plate clip on the outside of the mag so that's why I installed the other one the same way. So far so good. I'm going to do an over 1k round review and I'll mention this in the review. Thanks for taking the time to leave this information. Have a great day bro.
