    Fear base happens to us
    all causing the cognitive dissonance seems as this energy has a hold of our faith and taking this beautiful boundary purposely
    However in self agency faith practices teaching tools making individual's faith stronger everyday

    God has not given you a spirit of fear they who believe so need deliverance of this energy that is not their burden to carry

    Fear & resentments is what feels like that negative energy karma so as we study what is not healthy
    We begin to understand how to value the inner being with value & respect

    In self compassion work
    The line that we draw on the sand can be a non-rigid line more like a life line for each pace of progress
    Let's say hyperthetically
    I have a habit of using poor language this could be the dopamine rush that makes me feel alive & visible however in order to raise my dopamine level of using poor language may increase to get that next dopamine high
    However understanding this behavior is not in my best interest nor in the best interest of my relationship to myself
    Recognizing this
    This behavior a non négociable behavior because this may come across as explosive or destructive even to my own physiology
    We all have the ability to be drawn to that feeling awesome & alive during fits of rage frustration some refer to as panic attacks
    Holding the breath too long is in my own experience is not
    a healthy habit
    However coming down from this rush of dopamine high
    One may realize this is not healthy pattern of behavior
    Once
    one comes back down from that rush they may perhaps question their own sanity in other words the trajectory of fear
    When all
    one may perhaps need is either
    a healthy meal routine
    a healthy sleep routine
    a healthy exercise routine
    Routines
    are not boring
    Routines
    can be quite
    rewarding
    To your self-esteem
    One is simply human
