Been looking for a good tutorial like this for ages!
I do 300 reps daily, been increasing by 10lbs every 30 days, started at 50lbs now at 120lbs. Trying to get to 400lbs so I can hold my weight while climbing.
Does it really works? Are you at 140 now? Did you lose weight? Did you got veins?

2 min rest between sets ....this does work well for forearm and grip strength

man this video has been helpful. I already got like 6 months, where 4 were really consistent mon-fri 4 sets of each variation and now I can do 200lb grippers and my forearms of course got really vascular.

This is a good tutorial. I needed to increase my Pull Up reps from 9 to 12. Just doing these exercises helped me break that plateau.

Bro amazing video. When I try to do the Flexed grip, my wrist aches a bit, am i doing something wrong or did I bend it too much?😅 Also, highest resistance is beyond my capability right now. My arms are too weak and thin 😅 I don't think I have those muscles or they might've developed a bit😂

How many reps should be done?
Hey, I've bought one for myself but it only has 1 weight and that is 150 lb (68kg) because they didn't have any other.
I can squeeze them each 5x and hold them for around 10 seconds while rotating.
How many would you recommend that I do in total per day because I don't want to end up doing too much and having really bad forearms.
I will increase to 10x per set or more when I slowly get some more strength.
3 sets while changing the resistance from heavy to low is good...maintain the rep range which is around 90% of your failure, and as you becomes strong the resistance or reps can always be increased.
