IUL are NOT investments. They only require a life insurance license to sell. The ceilings are brought down by the company, and all the money is tied to the insurance company and not to markets. Additionally, expenses are high and go up, and agents should read the entire policy to see how misleading they are.

Sir, this happened with ANYthing you buy, any life insurance policy contemplate in it's price all the expenses that carrier has, any restaurant food price, any clothing, ANYTHING in life you pay, has in it's price ALL the expenses that product has.

Great info on objections, but for Marketing, you lost me at mixers, and door-knocking. Those are not the way you do it in the Social Media era.
Mixers and door knocking are timeless strategies that will always work, especially less people picking up the phone or responding to traditional advertising.

You only borrow against the capital gains in the policy due to the fact that cash value policies grow tax deferred not tax free like a Roth account Since most people predict that taxes are gonna go up In the future
I thought IUL is tax free product anyway ?
The reason why you choose the loan option rather than withdrawing the money directly out of your cash value account is for a number of reason. This option allows the highest rate of income returns and keep the income tax-free for the life of the policy.
