the live shows, and the group shows are my favorites. this was awesome! and don't listen to the dummies that hate hearing you breathe. hearing how you breathe while you use your kettle bells makes my technique better. it took me using kettlebells for a few years before i even started to learn how important your breathing technique is for your swing and lift technique. it makes the workout even more challenging and effective once you start breathing correctly.
2. Alternating Clean & Press looks tricky. Please consider doing a short on it...

Oh neat, this looks like the Kettlebell Dojo workout except with half snatches instead of full snatches and alternating clean and press instead of clean and press for 1 minute each side
I think I’ll try this with a 24 KG (I normally use a 20 KG when I do the Kettlebell Dojo workout)

Why do the half-snatch as opposed to full-snatch?

Firstly because none of us had any chalk on our hands to avoid slipping and secondly because not everyone felt completely confident with the snatch and then we do the half snatch so that everyone does the same thing.

Squats sind sehr gut für Hüfte und Knie
Die Bewegung und Stärkung hilft zu regenerieren
Mit Kettlebells sind es ja keine riesen Gewichte sondern genau richtig um Gesund zu werden und zu bleiben 😂@@Ingo_F._72

@@marquesstar1010 Bro ganz ehrlich, glaubst du jeder Schüler kann es von Anfang an perfekt? Und vilt einfach mal das grosse ganze sehen als auf Details rumhacken! Und ungesund ist es trotzdem bei niemandem.
@@AngieZZofficial nein. aber es sollte an der technik gearbeitet werden als videos mit ihnen zu machen. doch gerade bei den WDh zahlen im KB training sollte auf das richtige gewicht, dh nicht zu schwer wie im video und die form geachtet werden.
