Ferrari WORRIED About Imola UPGRADES!

Red Bull got a jumpstart in F1’s development race back in Japan and were quickly followed by McLaren whose upgrades paid dividends in Miami with a first race win for Lando Norris. In Imola, it will be Ferrari’s turn to install a first huge package of the season and try to get themselves into the fight with Max Verstappen for race wins. Despite there being exceptional circumstances which changed the outcome of the races, Red Bull’s two losses in the opening six races of this season matches their tally across the 23 last year. It’s too early to say they look vulnerable but if Ferrari’s upgrades do the job in Imola, and Carlos Sainz can deploy his specialist Verstappen beating powers, then it could be time to start considering a title battle. However, as the hype builds around the SF-24 2.0 package that will be fitted in Imola, the Scudderia are staying cautious. Today I’ll check out the fears Ferrari have about their Imola upgrades and why their battle with Red Bull might not be as easy as some fans think.

Verstappen is doing a casual 24 hours of Nürburgring and race some F1 on the side. Probably going to win both.

24h is tricky and based on your luck especially nurb and multi classes. I think max doing either first or last stint to finish his mandatory minimum stint time and leave the rest of it to other teammates.
For imola its bigger chance to win than 24h

Ferrari can't ever really say that their upgrades will work and will get them closer if not in front of red bull. Purely because they will get crucified by the tafosi if they don't work as promised
