I feel like people trust you on these things so much not just because you’re an excellent music producer, but also because it’s really clear that you consistently put lots of effort and attention into the aesthetics and detail of your studio and videos.
I appreciate that! And you're right. I do. This video took a long time to make, but its worth it. The response has been awesome. Thank you for noticing
I know I do lol
Conclusion from this video?
Sanjay's studio is much more organized and aesthetically pleasing than me and my life
Hi Michael! Thanks so much. Which was your fav gadget from this video?
@@SanjayC The mic! I'm going to buy one soon because the pretty much hundreds of reviews of this mic
Yeah, its pretty decent for the price
I was watching Rhett Shull's latest bedroom studio tour video, and the next thing you know I'm crawled up under the desk behind the patch bay recabling EVERYTHING, and throwing away boxes and shoving electronic projects around and and and and :D

WOW!! I can't believe you did that! You are too awesome!
I just added them into the description and gave you a shoutout! More coming!
@@SanjayC Thank you! You‘re welcome!
Always a welcome effort - thanks for doing this!
You the fucking goat

Cable cover. If you find my other comment you will know why 😂
The smart outled
I have several of the Anker 4-port USB hubs (highly recommended), along with Anker 7 port and 10 port hubs, but I also have a few of the Sabrent 4-port hubs, which have individual power switches.
For me the pair of headphones.
🎧🎧🎧
Too many to mention, lol. Great stuff.
Popular opinion: Sanjay C gave us the best recommends about this gear community!
Thank you, Rion! I really appreciate that!
Thank you for the recommendations and your transparency. The camera work and editing was very nice as well. Bought 3 things off this list using your links 👍
Thanks so much. I really appreciate that. Helps me make more videos :-)
I really like how you structure your video's. Straight to the point and not distracting.
These videos are so good 🔥 the entire aesthetic and mood of the videos are right up my lane. They only keep getting better!
Thank you so much! :-) 🙏
9:50 I'm a hobbyist keyboard player and I made a sustain pedal myself with two slabs of wood, tin foil and a 6,3mm jack cable; A sustain-pedal is just a footswitch shorting the pins of the jack together
I’d say that the coolest gadget that I have in my home studio is Mr. Bed. I’ve been using it for years, and at the end of the day, it’s always there for me when I get tired of tedious recording and mixing tasks. 10/10 would definitely recommend if anybody needs a break sometime 👍🏽
lol! So true!
Your Videos really help me ,since i am a Student and don´t have a lot of money laying around ,some cheaper stuff thats still good helps me a lot .Thank you for your videos and keep going making those great videos !
Ty so much for this, i need this kind of stuff thats cheap but useable and useful👍 keep up the great work
You’re welcome!
Amazing Video Sanjay! 😃 Loved the cableholder, I need one of these and hope you are doing well in these times.
Thank you, Gawaa. I'm doing well. I hope you are too.
I was trying to build my own home studio but i didn't know how to do it, know i know it. Thank you really much you have helped me a lot
You’re very welcome.
I've been waiting for more Music Gadgets episodes - great video Sanjay!
Thank you!
Great Vid I've never seen any of your Vid's before but loved how calming your voice is and I plan on looking at more of them...
Agreed the one lido headphones are very good!
Love how you get straight to the point, great video, definitely subscribed for more vids like this 👍🏻
Thank you so much!
Hi Sanjay C, can you please make a video on "How to setup a home studio or portable workstation using iPad" which current ipad model is best for this, what DAW to use, What plugins to use, what audio interface, what midi controller and what other gadgets to go with it? thank you! Happy new year
This video is going to get a lot of views - amazing gadgets under $50 bucks! Love them. I like the music level lights. Your videos keep getting better and better.
Thanks so much!
At 12:24, I recommend buying one with a headphone aux cable plug as well, it really does come unhandy when you dont have it
I'm sure gonna search that cable protectors & organizers since I do like my cables to be neatly organized rather than dingling around and end up making difficult to unbind them.
Thanks Sanjay!
You're welcome, Sleqroth! Its a really great product. I love keeping my studio organized.
Cool to see some nektar products being brought to attention I purchased the lx49 about two years ago and for the price it is incredibly capable and has definitely been beneficial to my workflow.
I've got an SE49 and I'm impressed. It's a really high quality piece of kit for less than 80 bucks. I've got an Arturia Keylab with some serious keybed issues and it's got me thinking about trying to hardware-hack a transplant of an SE49 keybed into the Arturia. :D
Hey Sanjay! Thanks so much for this, I really needed a video like this! Amazing quality as always!
Hi Desiree! Thank you and Glad you liked it!
Definitely going to get my hands on some of these! Can you tell us more about your desk?
Sanjay.. Love your videos. Now i am buying more stuff for my studio :)
greatly informative! Thanks for this ..!
Great stuff. This guy really likes a cable-tidy system. 👍
LOL! Yes, I do! :-D
about nr 13. Cable like this can make many additional noise to your sound especialy when you are using overdrive or distortion. Still cool gadget and somtimes life saver
Another banger vid Sanjay! That cheap Fifine mic looks really dope! So happy you condensed these gadgets in one vid, it can get annoying when other CZcamsrs put like 4 gadgets per vid... 25 is amazing!
So glad you like it! Yeah, I respect your time.
Loll took a lot to get all of them in one video! But he did a perfect job!
The cable organizer would actually help my work flow. Excellent suggestion.
Nice!
Very cool stuff Mr. Sanjay, thanks & Happy Holidays
Happy Holidays, ClectaSkiMusic! :-)
You reply to a lot of comments , Sir . This shows how down to Earth you are . Thanks a ton for the quality content . I'm a young musician from India and I need your blessings .
Hi Adrup. Thank you for your kind comment. I love chatting with other producers like you in this community. I wish you the best success in your music journey. Remember to Make the Music YOU Love.
@@SanjayC Thank you so much for replying sir .
Thanks for making this kind of content man have leaned a lot from you :)
Happy to hear that! So glad you like this video
Super helpful video! Thanks SanjayC!
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks for the Nektar link !! i couldn't remember the name !
Nice Rhodes. I have 2, 88 keys with the big original amp for both one is right in my studio the other stored
What a great wholesome channel, thanks!
This Channel is really well made. You are clearly very informed in every topic. You deserve 10 mil subs!
That's so kind. Thank you
I would like to also suggest the Vox headphone amps for guitar. Really fantastic piece of kit to get you some quick convenient super easy super usable/actually awesome guitar tone. Under $50. Just plug straight into the guitar and run the headphone amp out to the mixer.
Great video! I definitely need some of that cable management stuff! PS, I only just noticed that there is a toy halo banshee (or I think it is) on your desk when showing items.
YES, good eye! I love HALO! Its a cool fully metal Banshee I got from eBay. I think it was like $24 or something.
@@SanjayC Nice! I play it too!
Great video... 👏👏👏
My favorite gadget is the nectar midi keyboard and the retro clock ♥️
Yeah, that retro clock is a winner! I hope they make more styles, new features
Hey Sanjay thanks for the great list (I'm late to seeing this video but still helpful). Do you have any videos sharing more details on using SSD drives to store virtual instrument libraries? I'm trying to get better understanding of that. Appreciate any feedback!
Sanjay blessing us yet again
we don't deserve this man🙏🏽
You are too kind. How are you gid dy?
Wow i wish had one of those that is so cool
Excellent video Sanjay! I've got most of the equipment you showed in this video. Really useful. Make more of these. 😊
Awesome. I will. What other studio gadgets should I include next time?
@@SanjayC Well, you've covered almost everything necessary to setup a complete home studio. But, you can include a travel adapter (Multipin socket) too.(amzn.to/2LOpaDt) This will be really useful while composing music on the go!
I have the FiFine T669 too, its amazing! couldn't recommend another microphone more than that one, at 70 or so bucks it also comes with a boom arm and pop filter.
Thanks for sharing
📎🖇I was wondering where all the paper clips went! 😂🖇
😂
Thank you sanjay c😊...i was just thinking about some gear and gadgets for my studio.....and then your video popped up😃....thank u😊
I can also read minds! Lol! What are you going to get from this list?
Nice, gonna take a look at some of these :) I actually already had the USB Mic and I use it for Video calls and if Im not mistaken, some friends told me that it sounded better than my high end gaming headset, which I never used again after getting this :D
If you ever do a video like this again or someone is just interested in more, I would like to recommend a few things:
1. The USB-Hub "Icybox IB1405", which is a powered hub (needs external power supply) with on/off switches for each USB port. I use this since I have multiple USB Interfaces AND an external Webcam, so I don't have to put something over the camera and can just turn it completely off
2. A Monitor stand/mount. I have one metal rod which is fixated on my table for my secondary monitor and for my big main one, I have one from Kensington, which is super sleak, black only cost me around 25 bucks. Both of these options can be quite cheap, but help a lot with organization since you have a lot more space on your desk!
3. Another option for your headphones can be holders you can mount on your desk as well. I use mine for my gaming headset and it is so handy. You dont take space from your desk and always have your headphones near you!
4. Cable management boxes. I got one from Ikea and I store a lot of cabling in there. You set it up once, it looks way cleaner, it doesnt get too dusty in there and you also save some space since you can put stuff on top of those boxes!
5. This is more for guitar and bass players: Pick holders. I have some you can put into the strings behind the saddle and I also just have some small knitted bowls on my desk. They look cute, I always know where my picks are and they don't enter another dimension when you put them somewhere else!
helpful and practical, like all your vids
i clip a capo on the front of my desk to hold my phones
Hey, that's such a nice idea!
Wow. Top useful vídeo. Thanks man. !! Keep doing this ,👏👏
Thanks, will do! What did you like the most from this video?
Brother Sanjay as always, thank you for sharing, you are appreciated.
So nice of you
Excellent and timely video. Thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it!
You have a Teletronix L2A2.. Damn a want one !
I didnt even know i needed this video until it was uploaded
haha! Yes, most people. I love these types of videos
Awesome! Need all the gadgets!
Yes you do
could you do a video on how to organize your music desk? thats the main problem that I've had for a while.
You are the best sanjay!
Hey Rajeev. Thanks so much
Never clicked so fast, I really enjoy these types of videos!
Glad you like them!
Super! Very interesting!
This video kicks so much ass. Thank you!
Thank you, sicksguns!
Thank you for this 💪🏽
You bet!
you should've added in the alctron pf8 for decent acoustic treatment
Much appreciated as usual!!!
You're welcom, Lamell! How do you like the keyboard in this vid?
Hey Sanjay C. You can check out Claw SM 50 as well as SM100. I have been using the same in my studio since last year. And it’s really very good.
Thanks!
Nice pair of Neumann NDH20 headphones. I love mine.
Yeah, they are sooo good
When it comes to cables I’d highly recommend sommer cables. I’ve been using them in 2 media/event technic companies I’m working with and am using them myself. Never had any problems and as good Performance/durability with other brands
Love All Theses Gadgets ❤️ Thanks for Sharing
You are so welcome! Are you going to get any from this list?
@@SanjayC Yes That keyboard stand cause i just purchased a New 61 midi with my music money ❤️
Nice!
Love this video ! Thank you !
You are so welcome!
Bro, i am thinking about recomendation for your next video but cant think of any. Literally, dont know what i wanna know until you put video on and realise i needed that informations 😂
2nd video I'm watching from you ...
Okay I like you !
Thanks for your work
Useful video (and impressively well monetized). Thanks!
8:10 whoaaaaa that machine is BEAUTIFUL🔥
The headphones @ 1:21 are actually so good, they come with a wire for gaming and one for djaying I think everyone needs a pair
I have no faith that OneOdio is a competitive headphone in the market, no one in the audiophile community speaks positively of it. I'd recommend AKG 361 instead and KPH40 for reference Headphones that could legitimately be your last. (I've spent $7000+ on audio gear and I trust the Audiophile community more than any music producer)
I also recommend a lava lamp! Adds a nice touch that always helps spark a more creative environment for me🙂 great list!
Hey nice recommendation!
Wow! Just brought me back to my childhood! I always wanted a lava lamp they looked so cool. 🔮
I've had a red lava lamp on my bedroom nightstand for over a decade, since i was like 5 years old or so, and i dont have a home studio (YET!) but i agree when the sun goes down and i turn it on, it gives my whole room a warm and comfy vibe. Mixes nicely with dim LED light strips i recently got too. Much better than the bright ass cieling fan light lol.
Yep! Over in the high-end and vintage audio communities we judge how serious you are by whether or not you have lava lamps. :D
This is awesome 💯💯✌️😎
I’m just new to music producing thing.recently bought my arturia midi keyboard and electro acoustic guitar.Wanted to build small studio so that my younger bro and me we could sing and praise God together.thanks for such an informative video
I subscribed for all the hard work and dedication you have put in for beginners like me.
God bless you in your journey 😇
nice vid :) it will help me in the future
THANKS MAN BIG RESPECT
Thanks so much!
thank you so much
I've been looking for a low price music gadgets
Glad I could help!
Your links sends me to places with viruses, when using my pc. Thank you so much:)
Need more vids like this
OK...I'll remember that
Great video 😁
LMFAO @ the powerbook g4 in the akai pad knob controller
I think this is the best video you have done so far
Wow! Thank you so much
Awesome 😊👍
Thanks 🤗
The OneOdio Pro10 is absolutely the best afforrdable counterpart of most brand-name headphones. You can use this for music production or live DJing, as well.
Need more this is awesome maybe under $75 and also under $100
Hey great idea!
Great video as always.
I appreciate that
My favorite is Fifine usb microphone , great for price
This type of video series is interesting
Thanks, Premkumaar!
Great vid!!
Thanks so much
Thanks.
Thanks bro
your quality is so good
thank you so much
You're welcome!
Great list!
Thanks!
@@SanjayC thank you too!
I've had the FIfine mic for a long time now and it's absolutely great especially using Voicemeeter and some EQ I tested this then a 2000$ xlr on Discord and my friends said that there is literally no point of me having a 2000$ mic if I have this because of the sound quality, but ofcourse, XLR's are just better.
Thanks for sharing your experience!
👍🏼 Nice
Hey sanjay i love ur videos an all the gadgets put out there i have question have you use the mxr 222 talkbox an which synthesizer keyboard would u use and what cheaper synthesizer keyboard under 200 dollars would use with it
I haven't tried the MXR talkbox. I'll check it out. There are very few synths under 200 that I would highly recommend. I suggest looking at the Korg Minilogue - its over 200 but amazing and you won't need another for a long time. Under 200, look at the Korg Volca series.
