@nycdrummer23 Thanks man! Back in the day when I was in my early 20's Dorian was my inspiration. Today, at 40yrs old, I no longer workout as much nor am I as dedicated, however, every now and then, when I need a 'pick me up' I just watch this video. Definitely gets me more motivated. I"ve always wanted to make a video of this type of my favorite bodybuilder of all time and I'm so glad I finally got around to make it.

haha, yes, as a matter of fact, I joined a gym two weeks ago. I've been working out at home for the last few years but it's been mostly light, high rep stuff. However, now that I'm back at a true gym, I'll start upping my pounds, but nothing like I used to lift back in my 20's. But you're right, I definitely missed pumping that iron.
