A lot of guys fall for brown eyes, I have brown eyes as well. They're beautiful, if you think about it. Dark brown eyes always seem to turn colors if conflicted by the sun, love your eyes! You only have two, and some people don't have any, or are blind.

Yes, I am saying it is genetic.This video had made the claim that all blue eyed people share a single recent common ancestor. This ancestor of theirs had a gene mutation resulting in the blue phenotype. This gene which in turn is a deviation from the standard brown can be traced back to a single mutation which had taken place roughly 7,000 to 10,000 years ago.
Notice how before this mutation all humans had brown eyes? Meaning that those who have the gene for blue eyes will inevitably be able to trace their ancestry to the carrier of the mutation. It also means you can't talk about a single carrier being the progenitor of brown eyes the same way you can about blue.
The fact that all carriers of the blue eyed gene can trace their ancestry to this single mutation is why this video made the claim that they share a common ancestor. Within this context, the ancestor isn't referring to the same common ancestry that all humans have. It's akin to saying you and your siblings share a common ancestor (your parents). Yes you share another common ancestor with your cousins as well, but that isn't what is being referenced. Just as how this video referencing the common ancestor blue eyed people have, doesn't say anything about the common ancestor of the broader group of humans.
Anyone who isn't a complete moron could understand exactly what this video is suggesting.

I love my super dark almost black eyes. They hold mystery, or something. They have this edge that no other color could recreate. Anybody else who has these eyes should be proud of them. Our eyes can be light and warm too. Especially when we smile!

It's VERY common for people with green, hazel, or light/medium brown eyes to have been born with blue eyes. I know I was. However, it often changes around 6 months to a year of age. But weirdly, I had blue eyes until the age of 4 and my eyes are far from it now.

It's a normal reaction to people with hazel eyes, hazel is a mixture of green, brown and sometimes yellow. (Any shade) in the sunlight your eyes get brighter showing mostly a light brown or green.

If you do some for noses I have one; nostrils can be big or small, if you were born in a cold place your most likely to have small nostrils, if you were born in a warm place your most likely to have big ones. It’s not about having big fingers.. meanwhile picking your nose.. nostrils can’t get bigger from stretch unless you have elastic girls nose. My friend was born in Colorado (a cold place) and she **cough cough** picks her nose and she has small nostrils.

My grandmother has ice green eyes. They always show her deepest expressions. My mom's eyes are hazel and mine are light brown with a tiny bit of green.

Yeah I can't argue with your observations. Society makes them feel special by labeling colored eyes as rare, or something that should be sought after. I also think brown eyes are just as beautiful. It's all about how you look at it. If I'm looking through a magazine, for instance, my favorite models to look at are the ones with brown eyes. Like Bruna Tenorio. She has brown eyes but the shape of them is so gorgeous. Eye shape also contributes to eye beauty. I don't have Asiatic eyes but I find that shape to be so exotic.

When you mix certain colord together what color do you get brown, black. Brown eyes dark or light are the most colorful eyes out their. As we advanced we lost color not gained it. Love yours eyes!

I have REALLY DARK blue and green eyes with a really tiny bit of brown. It's so dark that it looks grey from far away, sometimes brown. My eyes also change to more of a green when it's sunny out, and more to a blue when it's rainy out. It's barely noticeable since my eyes are so dark. You can only see the blue and green in a bright white light. Idk if you would call it hazel. My mom calls my eye color hazel, and so does almost everyone else.

The differences between brown and amber eyes are:
In the dark/inside.
Amber: Well this depends on what type of Amber eye you have Russet,Copper or pure yellowish.The eyes in the dark will look very light brown with orangish/reddish tint but all of them will have a slight golden/yellow hue if you look closer.
Brown: Brown eyes will just look brown, they won't have the reddish tint and they'll look very dark.
Outside/some where where there is light:
Amber: In the sun Amber eyes will start looking orange + brown with alot of yellow/golden patches or amber eyes will look just plain yellow with orangish tint.
Brown: Brown eyes might look lighter, but they still will be normal brown.

I always thought near and farsightedness had to do with the lens (and cornea if astigmatism) and the disability of the suspensory ligaments and ciliary body to pull the lens far enough for the light to refract appropriately, not with the length of your eyeballs. In fact, because sight can deteriorate, I'm pretty sure the shape of eyeballs don't have much to do with how well a person can see at all.

Why do so many people hate brown eyes?I LOVE them.Mine are a bit light brown,but at the bottom there are ,like,yellowish lines.But the coolest is that I have very small dark brown spots on my iris which are soooo cool,but you can only see them when you're next to me 😊
