W204 w205 OM651.How to register the turbo pneumatic actuator

This is how to register the turbocharger pneumatic actuator.
1 . Apply e negative pressure up to 700 mmbar.
2 . Close by hand the wastegate.
3 . Screw the nut until touching the wastegate lever .
4 . Release the negative pressure
5 . Screw 3.5 turns the nut with the white stripe to create preload.
6 . Tight the other nut.
7 . Verify if the wastegate is totally closed at 160/170 mmbar.
Done.

this is calibration of the turbo vacuum actuator. is the factory pressure 20psi?

Hello. this is Booster turbocharger is NOT wastegate.
the wastegate unit vacuum is locate it down side NOT in the back side.
back side is Booster pressure unit vacuum, front side low pressure unit vacuum and down side is the wastegate unit vacuum.
