    I have one and love it. We clean the filer after every use using a small hand held vacuum.

      It’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. The filter is rough though so I’ll try the hand held vacuum!! That’s a great idea!!

    I don't like that the detergent and fabric softener filling areas are at the bottom.

      I wish they were at the top but it’s good you only have to refill them once every 40ish loads!

    I am a little paranoid of Samsung appliances after owning a Samsung fridge (the expensive one with the screen). Bought it in 2020 and it’s basically been a lemon. Had to repair the fans twice and now it’s not cooling again. Absolutely atrocious purchase

      I hate that happened!! I do think their quality has gotten better the last couple of years. I’m certainly going to keep everyone posted on how this model does. I have a new video coming soon on things I’ve seen so far!!

    How does a ventless dryer work? All of the water just gets put into the air?

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  Před 7 dny

      Nope! I’ve tested humidity and it stays consistent every time. Never a spike so far.

    This is nice. Is it apartment friendly to hook up to the sink? Not all are adjusted to the new faucets they have these days. No one shows for that type of situation.

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  Před 19 dny

      I’d certainly talk to the apartment management first. The weight is very heavy and they’re really wide and tall. Also the hookups are probably different.

  • @wendykimmel9298

    I had one delivered yesterday. There is a blue circular silicone piece that came with it that the installers were unfamiliar with. Do you know where that piece is supposed to go on the machine?

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  Před 13 dny

      Hmmmm I think there is a plastic hose guide for the drain line. I watched the installers put mine in, only thing I saw them do was unbolt the drum shipping supports and drag it inside.

    Can I use tide pods instead of a liquid detergent? If yes, then how to use it?

    • @BreakFixRepair

      Yes you sure can! There’s a tide pod wash option! It changed the cycle up different to accommodate.

    Hi there! Thanks for the video! Im womdering if you think it gets the clothes all the way dry and also wondering if it puts a lot of moisture in the house. Thanks!

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  Před měsícem +2

      So far I haven’t noticed any additional moisture in the house but I will certainly do a humidity test and let you know. For a “normal” dry it works very well. Im in the process of filming a second follow-up that details all of the info on each of the cycles. For now I’ll have to type it lol There’s an extra dry mode that will get the clothes very dry. I’ve noticed on “normal” dry some thicker items such as jeans and very thick towels are sometimes very slightly damp in a couple of areas so I have been running them on “extra dry” that really gets them fully dry. I hope this helps!!

    Does it automatically start drying after the wash or do you still have to start that manually?

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  Před 17 dny +2

      Yes!!! It’s automatic. It will wait 10 minutes if you set a specific setting but otherwise yes it will start drying immediately. Normally I will start a load, leave for the day, and come back to freshly cleaned and dried laundry. It’s a game changer!!

    • @JR-go3wi
      @JR-go3wi Před 8 dny +1

      @BreakFixRepair can you change it to manual? for example if I want to not dry a specific item, can I take it out before the dry cycle starts?

      Yes you absolutely can do a wash only cycle, or a dry on cycle. you can also set a mode where it will give you 10 minutes to remove anything you don’t want dried. It will also alert your phone when it’s ready.

      @@BreakFixRepair how long are your wash and dry times? Have you tried the Super Speed cycle yet?!

    • @BreakFixRepair
      @BreakFixRepair  Před měsícem +2

      @@gnewt75I actually used the super speed wash and dry today. The wash time was 1 hour 10 minutes and dry was also 1 hour and 10 minutes. I started them about 3:20pm and they were done at 5:40pm. The normal cycle time is maybe 45ish minutes longer. I will do some more videos detailing rough wash and dry times. Overall I love the fact that I can throw clothes in, leave the house for a few hours and they’ll be done when I get back. Not to mention with the smart things app you can get notifications on your phone of when each cycle finishes. Hope this helps!!

    Don't get how the size is a downside. They make all in ones in smaller sizes, GE is only 4.8 and the LG is 5.0 😅 i mean did you not look at the thing before you bought it or measured?
