Take it from a person that used one of these daily in the marine business theses are great. One piece of advice latch the trailer down.
If I used that with my boat I'd just be praying I didn't get run over as it chased me down the driveway.

Here in germany our trailers have a small wheel on the jack just for that and we have mechanical brakes on any trailer you can load more than 1400pounds
