A killer song from Crue's most commercially successful album "DR.FEELGOOD" (1989), produced by Bob Rock. The single peaked at #19 in US charts in 1990.
I'll be 31 years old next month and Motley Crue are some of my youngest memories. Funny how music can influence so many things you remember as a kid....still love them!!!!
Motley Crue always has been and always will be my fave group. I've seen them multiple times in concert and they rule. Haters keep hating but The Crue lives on.
I saw Vince Neil last year at a casino show in Phoenix. A small venue, Vince rocked it, he did not give a shit that the crowd was small he and his band played a great show. It was really cool because this man still fills huge concert venues, Wifey and I are gonna see Crue this summer.
Someone never lived and i meen LIVED for The Crue back in the day i see.. I was there, i loved them and i still do! Motley will always be so close to my heart! Proud Crue head since 1984!!
This was the coolest time ever. I mean the music rocked and had substance. The stuff today is forgettable to say the least. This kind of stuff will never be forgotten if I live to be 100.
You didn't this song, cuz you told me that it was "old fashion" but I still played it to you over and over remember ?, I miss you, I'll keep your smile in my heart . . . I know that you're with God right now and lots of angels . . .R.I.P. Taygete Owens
Senior year 1989 Independence High school. You hear this song a lot on Full tilt MTV after school and Saturday nights' Headbangers Balls. All the memories come rushing back. First concert was Badlands, bulletboys and Winger opening for CINDERELLA at the shoreline here in Mountain view. I get these goosebumps as im typing. If only I could turn back time I'd do it all over again back to 1984 at the Sunset Strip in LA or at the Roxy in 1986 and see GNR there for the first time!! If you're a true 80s Metal Head this one's for you!!!!
hard to pick just one Crue song as my favorite..but...this probably would be it. grew up with them as a teenager...had my walls covered with their pics. love them!
Ur Right, he has always been underrated, one of the best in my opinion, but then again i am partial to CRUE, the talent on all levels is brilliant, and they are still brilliant.
I've been a hard rock/metal fan for 16 years and for some reason I just couldn't get into Crue. I've always had a problem with their "We're so too cool for school" attitude. But then I discovered this song and started to check out more of their stuff and I must say I love it!
You really don't know how badass they are until you've seen them live, the only other band I've seen that put a show on that's close to a Motley concert is Kiss. I've only seen Iron Maiden once in a hall that held 2500 people so there was no room for any of their effects, the music was still superb tho I saw Motley play the same hall for the Theatre of Pain tour and there was no room for Tommy's drum kit to elevate it had a very small stage but still took nothing away from Motley's live magic.
yea i saw them with def leppard and steel panther, great show, i love how Tommy gets someone from the crowd on the stage to sit on the seat at the back of his drum roller coaster, il definitely be seeing them next year when they come, love the band, wish they didnt want to stop touring :(
I saw that show at Birmingham's Apollo, the roller coaster has been Tommy's best solo so far the effects and the fan going up on stage were awesome with the Girls solo coming a close second in my opinion. That show was great I didn't stay for Def Leppard they couldn't have been better than Crue. I don't think that they want to stop touring I think its down to Mick's health problems the poor guy can hardly move and he's got a fair few year's on the other guy's. In the press interview for the final tour Nikki doesn't rule out the fact that Crue may still produce new material and states that Crue must finish as they started with the original four LOL unlike the joke that has become Guns and Roses.
I saw this video for the first time when I was seven years old. My dad recorded the music video on VHS (or possibly even Beta) for me and kept pausing it to write the lyrics down on a piece of paper for me so I could memorize it. Was and has been my favorite band ever since! Going to see them in Vegas on February 4th with my brother...can't wait!!!! :)
I saw these guys back in '01 with Def Leppard. Def had that base player who had his foot removed in a jet crash too, it was awesome. Long live rock and Miley and Motley!
This was just as glam rock/metal was on it's way out and Alternative rose to prominence. I remember being a cool time in music, lots of different stuff happening. Lot's better than music today.
All these you named are way, way better than today's so called artists! Europe and Stryper are awesome! 80's was the best! What's so good about today's music?
I scored mick's plectrum after 89 concert at Rod Laver arena in oz. My mate scored tommy's drumstick, we agreed to swap.Still takes pride of place on my bar !!
Nobody will never believe me. I have never listened Crue before and then i read the book few months ago and later two other books and that's it, I'm totally hooked :D Crue are the best!
My friend Mark said that he saw them in Ohio and the guy totally had one foot. He hopped around and rocked realy hard. But, this site is all about Motley, REAL Motley. This site is awesome. My name is Robert and I can't stop thinking about Crue. These guys are cool; and by cool, I mean totally sweet. Motley is almost as cool as Ninjas.
This was at the time when music reached its peek....late '80's. This no longer exists. Though, we have CZcams to bring us back...even if its only for a lil bit, I always enjoy the ride!
Rock'n'roll forever! Shenanigans rule, but peace rules too! :D Charvel, dude, thank you for the great words, 'cause what really matters is not the image or even the music or whatever, but our good mood. Some people like this, some people like that, but in the end we're all the same. Take care, man! And everyone, have a great 2008 year!
Im only 13 and im in love with classic rock and country...Screw that rap crap........Ilike that ol time rock n roll...... LADY GAGA DONT KILL THESOUL.............
Mick and Nikki were/are the heart of Motley crue. Nikki is a hell of a song writer and Mick always played all the right notes. By that I mean he never over played by being flashy as was the norm then.
Whatever happened to music of this caliber!?!?! Damn look at the youthful ambition form the Crew. These dudes rocked man, too bad they were a victim of rock and roll excess. Music always transposes you and this song puts me back to my 9th grade year in 1990. God am I getting old!
!!People in the 80's grew UP!,to listening to a WIDE variety of just kik ass Rock N' Roll music for at least two solid decades. And now we have to grow up looking back on it on youtube, and haveing to hear names like drake, katie perry, GAGA, Rap is fine. But rcok..we all miss you.
A song for my my ex-wives (all 3 of them). Even though this was not one of their best, I miss hearing it on the radio. Almost overnight, grunge took over the airwaves and all the old went away. It was like when cd's replaced records. One day you go into a record store and they got tons of vinyl and the next day, almost all of it is gone. Sadly, this happened only a few years before the music all changed.
I love these guys. They are awesome. They definately get partnerships or seats on the board or something good for being so cool and sweet. Love the Crue
I love some of the music that's today, but dammit, you can never beat classic rock. Everything has to have talent, not just good looks and electronics to mask your voice. Long live rock n roll
I love this song , the band actually look like they are getting along here , especially vince and nikki , from what i know vince hated nikki and the feeling was mutual so its nice to see them getting along :) . I'm 18 and i've only just discovered motley crue this year , i can't believe i have never heard them before cause there music is amazing, i'm going to go on amazon and stock up on there albums.
80's music id the same as any other era since the 50's. We remember the good shit, and dismiss all the crap, and sometimes we get nostalgia for the crap. I was in high school in the 80's class of 89. By the time this album came out, we already had Primus and Chili Peppers etc. Even those of us who liked Crue were all set by this point, but whatever what's my point? That in 20 or 30 years young kids are goona look back at right now and wish their music was as good
The cars.. the women... all IRRELAVANT.....The voice.. is PRICELESS :) TY *****
I'll be 31 years old next month and Motley Crue are some of my youngest memories. Funny how music can influence so many things you remember as a kid....still love them!!!!
Celebrated my 20th birthday in 1990 away camping with this album on full volume start to finish and a bottle of JD and great mates.
Motley Crue always has been and always will be my fave group. I've seen them multiple times in concert and they rule. Haters keep hating but The Crue lives on.

Hard to believe this was 20yrs ago! My favorite band of the 80's and they are still kickin ass. Long live MOTLEY CRUE!!!
80's=awsome decade, glam rock, great heavy metal songs, and awsome bands like this one
this is one of the few songs that really shows how good a voice vince has. he is sooo unique
Outstanding song & band...Great album too...My fave Crue album.Long live THE CRUE!!!!!!!!!!
Someone never lived and i meen LIVED for The Crue back in the day i see.. I was there, i loved them and i still do! Motley will always be so close to my heart! Proud Crue head since 1984!!
It's great to be able to see all these wonderful videos by these 80's bands. THIS was true music!
I'm only 14 year old but i have loved Mötley Crüe as long as i remember and it was a dream come true when i finally saw them this summer!!! I
He is in a lot of pain and its very noble of him to continue rocking us out !!
This was the coolest time ever. I mean the music rocked and had substance. The stuff today is forgettable to say the least. This kind of stuff will never be forgotten if I live to be 100.
My favorite era of my life. I played drums to this tape every day after school. I was 13. Now I make my living drumming. Thanks Tommy!
You didn't this song, cuz you told me that it was "old fashion" but I still played it to you over and over remember ?, I miss you, I'll keep your smile in my heart . . . I know that you're with God right now and lots of angels . . .R.I.P. Taygete Owens
what a sexy song from the sexiest babe! 80s will never be forgotten! Best era ever! wish I could go back and relive it!
Proud to say I was in high school when this song came out and I saw the Dr. Feelgood Tour... what a great band.
Cant tell you how many times I listened to this as a kid, and I will never stop.
I saw these guys live - front row, Donnington August 17 1991! F*** YEAH! They rocked!!!!
Senior year 1989 Independence High school. You hear this song a lot on Full tilt MTV after school and Saturday nights' Headbangers Balls. All the memories come rushing back. It's one of those songs that really shows how much talent Motley Crue really had. They weren't "just another 80's hair band."
hard to pick just one Crue song as my favorite..but...this probably would be it. grew up with them as a teenager...had my walls covered with their pics. love them!
Whould life be worth living if there wasent music like this? The answer is no. Mötley Crües music make life amasing=D
Haircuts of Sixx and Lee are aweful... Welcome to the 80's. Everithing is possible.
Great Song :)
Ur Right, he has always been underrated, one of the best in my opinion, but then again i am partial to CRUE, the talent on all levels is brilliant, and they are still brilliant.
i so miss the 80's...brings back so many memories i could have lived!
Oh my god, I just love motley crue, ever since I was so little. Dr. Feelgood the best album. YEAH.
I've been a hard rock/metal fan for 16 years and for some reason I just couldn't get into Crue. I've always had a problem with their "We're so too cool for school" attitude. But then I discovered this song and started to check out more of their stuff and I must say I love it!
You´re right dude, for shure you don´t listen this kind of music anymore on the radio . . .
Great track, probably one of their best. why can't people write songs like this today?
I really love this song, remember going to High School and listening to this back in 1989.
The Crue needs to come to Europe before they stop completely. I want a chance to see the most badass band of all time playing live!!!
they are coming in 2015, the final tour of America is this year, and then the tour goes international 2015, then they're done
You really don't know how badass they are until you've seen them live, the only other band I've seen that put a show on that's close to a Motley concert is Kiss. Crue has many great songs but this one is timeless. Sounds right even 20 years later.....
I would have to put this song, in my Top 25 rock songs, or overall songs, of All-Time. I could listen to this, every day, multiple times over!
All these guys individually are so talented. Love this song.
I saw these guys back in '01 with Def Leppard. Def had that base player who had his foot removed in a jet crash too, it was awesome. Long live rock and Miley and Motley!
They've done it all and are still alive and still kickin your ass to this day.Thats all that needs to be said.
