It has resonated across South Africa for years: the 2014 murder of Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Senzo Meyiwa in his girlfriend’s house in Vosloorus. This week, the pathologist who examined Meyiwa’s lifeless body detailed the last moments of the popular soccer player’s life. But the shooting didn’t just end Meyiwa’s life: it forever changed the life of another young man from the community. Days after the brutal killing, police rounded up Zamo Mbatha, the first suspect in Meyiwa’s murder. Mbatha was detained for two weeks before the court abruptly ordered his release; police did not have enough evidence to link him to the case. But it was too late for Mbatha. With many still believing that he was Meyiwa’s killer, his life was altered. Ten years later, as five other men stand trial for Meyiwa’s murder, Mbatha’s multi-million rand lawsuit against the police has come to a standstill. Carte Blanche examines how his wrongful arrest as the first suspect shattered his world.

The identity of Senzo Meyiwa's killer won't be revealed by the ongoing trial, but Cas375 will. The current trial is, in my opinion, a waste of time and resources because it aims to defend the big guns (pardon the pun) who were involved in obstructing the case's evidence and wrongly accusing the defendants while acquitting others who were there in the home on the tragic night. Bheki Cele, Khehla Stole, and Gininda must be honest with the nation. We need the truth from anyone who was in that residence on that day.
Clearly the state has no interest in justice but to protect the real murderer of Senzo. This judge seems to be deployed to ensure the wrong people are sentenced. Atleast 5 witnesses have since died mysteriously.
Gininda, Cele n Khehla are finding it hard to allow the truth to be told cos they are also behind this 636 nonsense nxxx

What can you expect from a retired judge because he got retired simply because he was no longer fit for the execution of his daily tasks. A clear minded judge can hear undress before him are liars but instead he use to tease defense continuously. Let us proceed to docket number 375.
Did you see or hear the latest update about Zungu. He lied in his testimony about when Gwabini shot some guy and threw gun in a river. Very interesting developments. He talks about a shooting that happened in 2017, claiming in his testimony that it happened prior to Senzo's shooting. Yoh!!
If they did not use a retired judge this case would take 4 years longer.

Problem with this case, there are too many investigating officers, judges, prosecutors, etc. Social media is poisonous. Almost everyone following this case is an investigating officer, judge and prosecutor of some sort.

The current judge is a bully towards the defence lawyers and sides with the prosecutor. He interfers a lot and shuts down the defence even before they ask their questions. He is prejudiced, how does a judge write his ruling over the weekend before he even hears the arguments from both the prosecution and the defence and then he claims to be a fair judge. It is apparent that the judge has already made up his mind on this case. How do you bring people who were not in the house to testify when the key people who were in the house are not called in ??
