    Id like to have a pond with crappie like that. Id keepem on the dinner table. Keep them thinned out.

      They are supposed to be really bad for smaller bodies of water. I here you though, these were definitely eaten!

    Some people call them black nose or Mohawk crappie.

      Yeah, magnolia crappie are supposed to be sterile (triploid), a crossbred Blacknose Male & a White Crappie female. We didn't catch and whites though.
