It's not even a new mode, it's just a different ladder that incentivizes spending.

The dumbest thing about Deadpool's Diner being only two weeks is that it clashes with Infinite Conquest. So if they were looking for a way to tank engagement with Conquest mode, job done I guess.
I suspect 2 weeks will be fine for deadpool's diner, but let's wait and see.
Deadpool's Diner sounds awfully like Conquest just re-skinned with some small differences/additions.

@6ftmouse349 So you play games in rounds at a table. If you win enough, you move on to the next table. The further on the stakes are higher. Just like Conquest with added gambling options.

1. In conquest the stakes don’t higher.
You just have to win more games. There actually isn’t any “stakes” at all in conquest.
2. Deadpool’s dinner you can snap more than once in a game.
3. They’re check points in DPD, there aren’t in conquest
@6ftmouse349 stakes are higher because you lose the tickets and each ticket is harder to get, with proving grounds being free.
@@6ftmouse349 I don't understand how you cannot see the correlation between the two modes though. There are stakes in conquest - the stakes are losing a match will throw you out of the entire bracket. The same will most likely be the same in DPD - EX: table 1 & 2 will be casual and okay to lose, but once you hit the higher tables getting kicked off and losing all your bubs to then sit in a timeout until you can reenter (via checkpoints - is nice I guess) with a small timeframe with (I would bet) locking the time behind a paywall of some sort.
I don't consider this to be a new mode at all, simply another event.
Overall, anything new is fine with me, but the facts remain that there is only so much you can do with a card game.

@@ZombiesGoNomNom second dinner has already told us how DPD will work in their discord team-answers:
"As far as the stakes going up, there will be 15 tables of increasing stakes. The first table will be named "Cereal" (since this its Deadpool's Diner afterall) and have Bubs starting at 10 on turn 1 and up to 320 by turn 6 if all 5 snaps occur. The final table (table 15) is called Maximum Effort and starts at 6.4M Bubs on turn 1 and can go up to 204.8M Bubs if all five snaps occur."
"Everyone will start with 240 Bubs. If you lose them then you will get 1/8th of that regen cap every hour (8 hours to fully refill to your cap). You can increase the amount you can regen over time by reaching certain reward milestones where that number can go up. By the time you reach the final "Menu Upgrade" you regen cap will be 30M."
So I don't think this is going to be much of a grind. It's not "dumb" or "fomo bs", and your negativity may explain why your channel is still so low on subscribers, despite the popularity of marvelsnapzone website and marvel snap in general.
I'm gonna be really sad if I don't get that deadpool emote and if once it's gone, it's gone for good

It seems that you have to make your friend BUY the season pass, so the burner account trick won't work.
yeah thats true for the later rewards, but the first 2 dont need purchases
