You can if you have no debts like rent, or repairs. I get 100 more and I owe $11,000 in medical debt. Had a heart attack last August and died. Doctors brought me back but I was unconscious after surgery for a month. Medicare pain $200,000 but I got sent to st Thomas hospital and although they offered help their doctors don't. I'm cutting food and not going to doctor appointments even if I do risk dying. I survived to pay debts. I don't own this phone it's my sister's. She lets me use it. Afcon everything I can cut I've not had TV or anything like that since 2010 no streaming no nothing. I set the AC high to save on the energy bill. I buy less than $200 a month in food. I've lost weight 110lbs 5'.6. doctors tell me to not lose any more weight I keep telling them well I got to do what I got to do. They told me to ignore the medical debt. That's easier said than done it's not them that owes it. Honestly I am for lack of a better word I'm f_ _ _ k
