Finally I see a system very close to the cam integrated with the CNC for operators with little experience. A great help for the continuous turnover that is putting our sector in crisis!

Seems to be a bit of both. The model feature recognition is better than most other conversational systems I've seen for sure, and the fact that it can import and select appropriate tools and cutting conditions automatically is pretty good, I think better than CAM like Fusion 360 in terms of feature recognition and better again in terms of not needing a post processor, so it's a bit more than just a conversational wizard IMO. You're always going to have to give it SOME information, but for what appears to be a real-time demo, they got that part programmed and simulated in like 8 minutes which is pretty impressive, but it's not a ChatGPT level AI either.

You can choose between the conventional sequence specified here and an alternative sequence suggested by AI. This process of determining the machining sequence condenses various data and knowledge obtained from Nakamura-Tome data; in-house test cuts or experiments and so on.
