My brother fixed fresh one day on the grill and I could not get enough of it.

I started cleaning my meat with vinegar . I was unsure at first but omg you were right it makes such a different. I can’t even explain it. I will always do it this way from now on! I literally got sea salt for this method alone. Thank you!
