Look at you, showing off, I didn't know any of that existed. Very nice!

Long time no 'see.'. Yeah it's a great feature if you use Lists often 😜

@@officeskillswithamylong time no see? Nope, I'm pretty sure I've seen most all of your videos. Several I've seen a few times testing office online vs 2019 home. If you want more comments, I can try to do better 😉

@@alanparker3624 ahh yes long time no comments rather than see. That is great to hear ❤️ I would love more comments but only if you want to, it is nice to see them and also help the videos out too 😉

Good morning, question I want to link the three forms that I developed in Microsoft list so that once a user fills out the first one, they can click next to move on to the next, and when they're done, they can submit it and it will be sent to me in PDF format. Is it possible to accomplish that?

Thank you for the comment. If the forms are to be completed consecutively, it may be easier to have just one form to manage.
Also the Forms feature built into Lists is a bit limiting. If you use Microsoft Forms then there is additional functionality that may be better for you. Forms Responses can be recorded in Lists via Power Automate, you can check out my other video here if you decide to go that route. czcams.com/video/kgjWE-SkI-g/video.html

    Hello, great video!
Please help me with my question, I am unable to copy and paste into lookup columns.
I will use your example of the Product Code. I have a list in Excel and want to copy and paste it into Lists, if I copy exactly the same name "CAN-NAT-180" and paste it into the Product Code column, it won't recognize it, but if I enter the ID, it finds it normally. This makes it very difficult to register several rows at once. Do you know how to solve this?

Thank you for the comment. If you have data in an Excel file then I would recommend importing that data into a List as it would be more efficient. As for the copy and paste, you will need to update the product codes in the source list. I hope that this helps!

can I use lookup with conditions?

If you are saying if x then lookup list A or if y then lookup List B, then unfortunately this is not directly possible. You could look at creating a Form with branching that would then feed into Lists using Power Automate. But the form wouldn't be able to pull values from the list, it would need to be predefined in the Form. Best of luck!
