Girllll, you finessed this space!! I'm in love! Also two questions: 1. Are you with EPIK or a hagwon? 2. The things you got from Amazon, did you buy them and bring them with you or did you order them to Korea? I just accepted an offer to teach at a hagwon so I'll be there in August. Great video!
Iâm actually with the TaLK program which is a sister program to EPIK. Itâs less hours than EPIK but mainly for people who donât have their bachelors yet.
Anything I purchased through Amazon was brought from home but most of my stuff is either from GMarket or Coupang đ

Thank you! Yeah it worked out really well. I like the feeling of having âseparateâ closet space. My new apartment is a bit different now. This one is like a big square and my new one is more like an L shape so Iâm hoping to do the same and separating my bed from my living room space.

This is such a HUGE space for only 300USD! I've watched all those Goshiwon videos and those tiny shoeboxes can cost as much as 500USD!

I live in Wonju. I would say Daejeon is a big city thatâs connected to Seoul by train. Busan is beautiful since you have the beaches and is also accesible to Seoul by train.

How did you find work in Korea ? Like was ist easy or what did you have to do ? ^^
I would say it was relatively easy to find the job but getting all the documents needed can tale a while as well as the waiting process in between interviews.

My school chose it for me but you do have the option to choose your own. If you do, you have to pay the deposit with your own money

Itâs possible to get this prices in the outskirts of Seoul. It honestly depends on how much key deposit you have. The more money you put down, the less you pay monthly.

I shipped it in itâs original box through UPS. I made sure to add bubble wrap and a layer of plastic wrap around the screen. It came in perfect condition including the box. đ

My school provided the apartment for me. The best way to find one are through ZingBang or if you know the general area then I would contact a real estate office. Theyâre free in Korea so I would take advantage.
Are there off jobs in South Korea apartment from teaching and what is the hourly pay, thanks..
I've only worked in the teaching field in Korea so I'm not sure about the hourly pay. You can potentially do a working holiday visa but i'm sure there are restrictions as far as what kind of jobs you can get. I recommend researching different visa types and their restrictions.
I want to go there study but I don't think my parents would allow me to go there, I don't know why but they look like they don't like Korea so.... It is refundable. They even have an option where you put down the amount the house is worth and you don't have pay any rent while you live there (you get it all back also).

It depends on your degree. Iâve only taught English so itâs hard to say what kind of jobs you can get. But I do know people in Marketing who are foreigners

Yeah itâs free housing but you do have the option to look for your own apartment. If you do that then you are responsible for the deposit.
If you know the general area that you want to be in you can contact a real estate agent in that area or look online at DaBangApp or ZigBang. :)
