- Hello guys and gals, it's me Mutahar again! This time we take a look at a game that harkens me back to the creepypasta, analog horror days and while I played the original demo about five years ago, this game is coming towards its completion and seems to be quite a scary ride when it comes out. Thanks for watching!

My husband passed away last night and I’ve been struggling keeping the kids together.. thank you for letting me escape reality even if it’s just for a bit Mutahar.
im so sorry he was taken from you so early 🫂
sorry for your loss, hope you guys get better soon
We are all some ordinary gamers 👍
Damn. Condolences. I can't imagine how hard it is making sure the kiddos are okay while struggling yourself. Hang in there ♥
Are your kids watching this with you? Cry it out, watch something together.
“so its just London in the water” is actually crazy
That shit had me dying 😂
Okshully craz bruv
@@publicspeaker4009i dont get the reference
How did I read this comment as he was saying it wtf
@@anushagr14 i assume because theres alot of stabbings and knife crime in London recentley
finally we're back to gamer muta
I know right
As it should be.
Back to creepypasta og muta
Bout time
When’s the last time we got this?
Military Muta returns to Creepy Pasta without any fears
"Hopefully they're alive"
My friends on Steam that weren't online for the past few years: 💀
Bruh lol
@@RobertEdits He's right though. When you aren't 13 anymore you'll have friends with 1, 5, 10, 15 years offline.
@@modicool right my friend list is so old it just says offline
@@modicooleach time I go play a Xbox 360 game an by accident open the menu that show your friend list. Nsme that were once actually your friend are now only a fond memory of your youth.
@@themuffinlord6442 Yep.. don't have near unlimited time (in comparison to now) anymore. But I do wonder how many actually did die, how many others just had kids (so instead died in spirit), and which ones became 80 hr/wk wage slaves.
This 1993 PC is ahead of its time: 60+ FPS, very animated GUI, large HQ icons, gadgets/widgets, an instant messenger (beating ICQ by 3 years), PS1-style 3D graphics (a year before the PS1 came out), etc.
Period accuracy aside, as a '90s kid, I appreciate the bonus nostalgia. Heh.
Bro the news website was discontinued in 1985. A full 6 years before HTML was invented lmao
@@AndrewCapela Maybe it was up on Q-Link for the Commodore C64 (Q-Link was AOL before it was America Online)
Don't forget the 3D game copyright date in the 70s and taking 5 seconds to download several megabytes. The countless anachronisms bother me a lil bit lol but it's still a pretty cool game I gotta say.
🤓
Hey man, that Voodoo2 chip don't play around.
Fun fact, the old game actually has what I think was an ARG. If you shoot the observer class that joins later in the game. You will get transported to a new area that has ARG things, I believe.
I love how there's some sort of alternate tech history going on here, like how the internet is apparently from the 60's. A strange but welcome idea.
they prolly let alan turing live or something
It started as the ARPAnet in the late 60's, a military tech first like everything else. It didn't have the graphic OS, which makes this game very cool.
"it's like London in the water!" 😂
*underwater
@@Cooe. He said in the water tho
In Fishing with Knives 2, if you follow that sign, you can upgrade your knife and turn it into much stronger weaponry like harpoons and other weapons I don't recognize.
The thumbnail scared me( I was half asleep)
It's just Muta's new haircut
Why is he smoldering tho🤣
Shout out to Xfire. You could chat private, make group chats with voice and see not just what games your friends were playing but what server and join if you had the game installed. That era of gaming was legendary.
The horror elements aside, the rest of the game absolutely nails that 90s computing aesthetic. Exaggerated as it may be, it hits all the right nostalgia notes. Kinda like how Hypnospace Outlaw did the same.
glad you played this game; glad it came out. I remembered the video when you covered the demo
It didn't come out. It still says to be announced.
@@modicool what game is it?
Well, the old one was a full game made for a game jam. This is a demo for a remake/spiritual sequel.
@@mitchellbeardsley1023 it's called "No players online"
Now im even more confused. I thought this was the same game as that other one.
No joke. I was going down the creepypasta CZcams rabbit hole when I stumbled upon the first video you made of that game when it came out. It’s what got me to subscribe. Glad to see a return!
Whats a rabbit hole and iceberg
@@ATTENTIONseekinggaming come back when you're old enough to be on the internet
This has to be my favorite indie project as of late. So much passion and love went into making it and it just hits all the right nostalgia buttons
dang the og video i remember watching one night in high school playing dark souls 3 relaxing while family was over and wanted something spooky/creepypasta like playing in the back, never saw the channel before that and have been a fan ever since
We are so back with the classic muta spooky gaming.
Fuck that was just the Demo? Absolutely loved it, reminds me of There is No Game. I love that we're in an era where creepypasta stories past around the forums can be portrayed as a nostalgic feeling video game.
He’s playing Helldivers 2
Was looking for this! Zing!!!
Account linking not moving forward!!!
“So it’s just London in the water”
I actually saw No Players years ago and asked if you’d ever revisit this. I found out this had an ARG to go along with it and thought you’d enjoy seeing it especially cause it stumped people years ago when they found it. I don’t think anyone CZcamsr who found it back then knew about ARGs enough to solve it but I figured you’d enjoy it if you ever got to come back to it. Glad to see that come to fruition after so long, very nice to see one my my favorite horror content channels revisit a blast from the past :)
No Players Online, I remember this game! 😄
you are too old
Best type of content I've missed these vids so much mutah
So happy this game has expanded so much.
Loving this concept, visuals are amazing.
10:44 When you hear the word xfire, and all memories start flooding in RIP to honestly the best damned gaming chat overlay program for it's time. Was looking for some type of plugin or theme the other day to theme discord like xfire which I think they have but I can't find a way to theme the in-game overlay which sucks.
Commenting for the algorithm Muta, I loved that old game video
Please do more of these types of videos!! You have an audience that loves watching you play horror games/creepypastas at least from time to time!
This is a game? Holy sheet, I thought I was a kid for a sec again.
Reminds me of Legendary Craft / the walls minecraft server a few years after it's peak. The server was still online, but it was impossible to get enough players to get into a game, so the lobby just went on forever.
This is my favorite video of yours bro!
Muta, I have transferred my soul into the internet and all I can do now is watch your videos. Keep up the great content.
I remember watching you play pony island some couple years ago, this video brought me wayyy back
I would have played that diving mini-game for hours back in the early 90’s.
No doubt .. there would have been peta cries trying to get me to stop destroying all digital oceanic life lol ..
Man you just brought back some memories. I kinda missed the old school creepypasta Muta. When you were getting through Sonic.exe and all that stuff seems like ages ago.
Youre very different when you play a game especially horror game. Maybe because im used to watch your video talking about tech and trend stuff, feels like im watching a lecturer giving advice lol. Im glad to see you play and react on game again. I hope you do more of this horror type of game again in the future, love you muta.
I love watching man play games. Peak commentary!
I love these types of games, this looks like it is such a great foundation and I definitely look forward to their progress and to see what they have.
Looking good g, loving this gameplay, Quality Man
Man I LOVE this game, played it before watching your video. It's so cool when devs make such small interactable desktops, I can't get enough of that. I've spent around 20 minutes playing with stuffnand reading txt files/forum/msgs. Really cool concept
FINALLY someordinarygamer is playing some ordinary game
the return of haunted gaming?! :P
I love this one. Reminds me of videos that got me into your channel
The VR game Altia breaker is a ghost town. It’s just plain creepy to log in and the only person there is an npc who won’t talk. Just stares in sadness.
This video took me back to watch all the old analog horror days and I Would really love a video about the Fermi paradox
Wow it’s so cool to see you play this! BC I PLAYED THIS BEFORE 😱😱😱
omg I missed Mutahar's let's plays so much LET'S GOOOOO \°0°/
Mutahar vibing to ambient music and atmosphere in a game: Mood-ahar.
Dude, this reminded me of LSD!! Thanks for the interesting game plays!
Nice gameplay. Will definitely watch till end. Although I don't think UI's had wallpaper before Windows 95. Maybe I misunderstood somth.
Excellent job as Always. Hope you play this again for Us🤘💙
Total banger! Kudos to everyone involved. Great game, great video.
I've been recuperating from surgery. This is just what I needed Muta. Thanks!!!
Surgery for what? To have your bullshit removed?
glad to see muta doing gaming again
YES!!!! Bringing it back to the OG facecam commentary content🔥 i personally miss this on the channel 😔
This is quite a throwback. The game is incredible now probs gonna wishlist, although I'm bad at horror.
This is how I discovered SOG. With creepypastas Deep Web Browsing and spooky games. It's always good to see those up once in a while :D
I'm glad I'm not the only one who couldn't seem to get my head around minesweeper 😂
It's probably more down to the fact I didn't study it long enough... Basically I played with it long enough to get pissed off at it😂
I really like this kind of games, it's been a while since I've watched an analog horror game, it would be great if you play such games on a routine
I cant stop looking at the Muta Fade. Really changes how the mood is, in a good way
These are my favorite kind of videos. 🙂
HAIR CUT LOOKS GOOD MAN
this is like the creepy gaming playthroughs of classic SOG.
I mean, I knew Mutahar was an old man. Just his pure nostalgia for Analog and Windows XP or Vista and beyond is adorable. His enjoyment for all things old, just warms my tender soul.
Amazing game! Such a concept, great realisation. Amazing
Check out Section: 8 Prejudice. Game came out in 2011 and shut down shortly after the company went bankrupt for 10-50 million. Was a super fun game for the time but it’s servers are completely shut down.
Muta taking Cerberus for a walk outside.
that dating game had a banger ost
This is extremely well thought out
The creepy ambience blasting in your ears the whole time kills all of the tension
nice to see you play indie horror again!
22:50 “oh so it’s a drake track,doesn’t really matter”😭😭
Ah yes, my favorite asmr channel has just uploaded ( i love listening to your voice while doing work )
Good to see another haunted gaming lets play lol. You know, I really figured you would have done a video on Kinitopet by now. As soon as I saw it I wondered: what would Muta think of this?
32:45 I was expecting the Stanley Parable narrator to speak up right about here
Hearing Muta say "a/s/l" gives me so much weird teenage tension.
london underwater was accurate af
Id like to say I genuinely remember that playthrough from 5 years ago but I’m not sure. either way what a throwback man this was a good one 😢
22:48 That Drake side jab. Love it
this game has turned out really well, it has come a long way from the demo
“When my father taught me how to play minesweeper…”
I was way too ready for him to make a terrorist joke
"You can't scare them off like that", so true when dealing with randoms
I read the title and clicked so fast cause I loved No Players Online so damn much
Muta going back to his channel's roots
Man this takes me back, I gotta try this
great video, the only thing that would b=make it better would be the old SOG intro with he melting letters
Nice 👍👍 Thanks Muta awesome game 😁😁
This is some classic haunted gaming stuff :)
8:53 "The smallest shooter in the world is 56kb" - This is a specious statement. There have been "shooters" for a long time, back in the 80s (Ahoy did a video about Doom causing the term "fps" to be coined, but it certainly wasn't the first), and some of them were tiny since most games back in those days were tiny by today's standards. That said, Muta is ostensibly talking about Farbrausch's _.kkrieger_ (2004) which is a ray-traced photo-realistic FPS that's only 96kb.
The reason it's so small despite looking like a contemporary AAA game is because it's _procedurally generated,_ not as in random like Minecraft is "procedurally generated", but as in the graphics and music and other assets are generated dynamically on load using procedures (read functions) from simple descriptions of the assets. It's like generating high-resolution raster graphics and fonts from simple descriptions of vectors and mathematical descriptions of polygons.
I love analog horror games so I’m definitely gonna check this out, and hopefully not die in the process
Bro this is so awesome. They made a game about using a computer in the 90's, and it just works!!!
Legit feels like you use a PC and not play no game lol.
Nostalgia kicks!
"So it's just London in the water" 💀
there's legit a lot going on for how little this _needed_ to have to work, kudos to the creator
thanks for sharing muta
I hope he does a full playthrough when its released
Dude, that part where he suddenly teleported into an open underwater section legitemately triggers my anxiety, holy smokes
About time for a new “Haunted Gaming” video
Its like a horror version of hypnospace outlaw, which is awesome
Playd it a couple of years ago, i love games llike this!
The key to Minesweeper is logic, the numbers show how many of that tile's adjacent squares have mines, so you got to mark where the mines are with right click to avoid them.
