What if I have 0 to 1% movement
Had shoulder issues for a while. Just did the exercises. Wonderful. Thank you. Great results

Thank you for the sharing. May I know what that hook on your wall call? I would like to have 1 as well
By using a mobile phone, we unknowingly bend our neck and in the thoracic area, this is especially pronounced after a stroke due to weakened musculature. We rarely notice this ourselves, the exercises will certainly help me to be able to raise my hand more. Thanks Tara for the exercises and the pdf.
What a great point! THanks for sharing and glad you found it helpful!
My stroke is almost 4 years now & i have left-sided hemiparesis. Lately i feel my left arm is already very near my body.will this continue despite my exercises? Any exercises to lessen this spasticity? Btw, i also have subluxation & i cant do most of ur exercises
I have ROM in all movement but there’s no control I’ll bring my arm up but when I bring it down it goes down fast I believe it’s the spasticity
My espacity is so strong nd bad I cnt do anything with my arm nd I've Ben to numours therapist nd no one has yet to tame or break the tone in my armor leg nd foot
Thanks for sharing! Keep working on it! Don't give up! Lots of videos on this channel for this exact situation :) Type "rehab hq and shoulder" in the youtube search bar. I hope that helps!
But what if you can’t lift your forearm yet?
Yes can't loft it yet..
Above shared video is too good. Dr , Mr left arm is very weak and drops down easily.
I am so glad you found this one helpful! Keep working at it a little bit each day. Don't give up!
