Recipe 1:
1 3/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup coconut oil
bake at 350
3/4 cup peanut butter (all natural; peanuts or peanuts and salt only. if using salted peanut butter dont add more salt.)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
3 bars of no sugar or 85% or higher dark chocolate

People need to know that FAT is not evil. What people need to be cutting down on is carbs and sugar.
I was just going to come on and say the same thing.. You don't have to worry about fat if you are not gorging yourself on carbs & sugar :)
Carbs are good for you for energy...exercise and moderation are my goals and working great. Weight in line and take no meds at almost 70.
Agree
@@shirley7137 ☝️You got more energy with fat! ❗Carbs are burning too fast..🤷
Exactly!
you can make you own chocolate with melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, monk fruit sweetner , dash of salt.. cool to harden
Amounts?
Love a recipe please ❤
@@ibchili 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil , 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp sweetener.. dash of salt, mix , ... You can multiply this recipe to your desired amount. It will harden once cooled.
@rapcat1271 Thank you! ❤
Good to know! I have all of that except Monk fruit. Let me tip toe to the grocers lol
Lily's chocolate is 100% sugar free. I've only seen in baking-chip form (like chocolate chips), but they can be easily melted like any other chocolate.
Lily's chocolate come in bars as well!
I was gonna say the same! The chips are so good and sometimes at Costco in a big bag😃
@@Reesispiecis ah if you find them at Costco, snatch them up! They've never been at the Costcos in my area.
@@homesteadgamer1257 i do as much as i can. They seem to be around every few months. I need to request them again.🙂
I order them from thrive market. They are good!
Honey and maple syrup have a TON of sugar in them and they are both super high-glycemic meaning your body processes it very quick (where we get the terms sugar high and sugar crash from). In my personal experience, monk fruit is medium-glycemic for me (everyone's body is going to process sugars and sugar substitutes differently). If you want an alternative, Agave syrup (comes in a few different colors, some taste like sugar, some taste like maple syrup) while it is full of sugar it is very LOW- glycemic meaning your body processes it slowly over time rather than all at once. If you NEED to avoid excess sugars (as in that's not already in the fruits and veggies you eat), then use either liquid Stevia or Agave syrup. If you already grow Stevia, then dehydrate that up, crush it or powder it, and add it in with your ingredients.
Agave is full of fructose - it's even higher in fructose than high-fructose corn syrup. Fructose is the damaging part of sugar because the body can't use it efficiently as fuel and the reason why it's low glycemic is because the body doesn't metabolize it well and it all hits the liver where 40% of it is turned straight to fat immediately because the liver has to spend a lot of time trying to convert the fructose into something usable to the body. Search for Dr. Robert Lustig on why fructose is poison. There's a reason why bears eat almost exclusively berries and fruit during the fall to fatten up for winter.
Honey, while beneficial in nutrients, is full of sugar. Agave is no better. Keto maple syrup can be used. Choc Zero and Lankanto both make good ones.
Choczero has a keto honey.
@@alwaysright5901 the difference between honey and agave, though, is agave processes through the body significantly slower than honey and cane sugar, which process super fast. Agave IS better in that sense. And as long as they are as close to raw as possible, it and honey are highly nutritious. Regarding Agave vs Monk Fruit sweeteners, which is what keto "maple syrup" is, it comes down to a matter of taste preference because of how slow agave processes through the body. If you're going the sugar-alcohol route rather than monk fruit, a diabetic still needs to be careful because it IS a carbohydrate and process in the body as a carbohydrate.
Literally everything can be safe OR dangerous - it just depends on HOW we use them. Everything in moderation. Natural sugars straight from the fruit or vegetable WHILE we eat them are always the BEST option. It's certainly not ideal in this day and age to cut out desserts, but if our ancestors managed without chocolate, so can we.
Oh I want to try growing Stevia 😮
Sesame tahini is like peanut butter, in organic at grocery in jars …builds bone… from sesame seeds… ready to use !
Oooo good idea because peanut butter has issues.
Oh my, honey, maple syrup, and the medjool dates have sugar, which increases blood sugar, which triggers the insulin response, which in turn stops fat burning in the body. I'll be substituting those sugars with 100% Organic Stevia, and unsweetened chocolate. Looks delish, thanks for the inspiration.
And Stevia is not good for gut biome. We are screwed.
Raw Honey and real maple syrup are healthy, they dont spike blood sugar, refined sugars spike your blood sugar
Baker's chocolate is sugar free. You can melt it, add powder stevia (love Pyure shaker) or liquid stevia which can come with other flavor infused, like hazelnut, mint, etc. Then place in silicone chocolate bar molds 👍 For healthiest option, 100% stevia.
I really like Lily's chocolate, but it is pretty expensive. Your suggestion is a lot more budget friendly considering the cost of groceries these days!
Oh, what a great idea!!! That is so much cheaper, sugar free chocolate is rather expensive!
Organic cacoa powder or organic cocoa powder and then add vanilla and keto sugar of choice.
Stevia is worse than cane sugar. Use maple syrup
Stevia is bad for gut biome.
Maple syrup is sugar and a lot of it. The best sugar free chocolates are Goalz and Lilly's. Sugar is sugar and not good for diabetics. Stick to liquid stevia if you need a liquid sweetener
Stevia isn't good for you. It's excessive amounts of sugar and carbs that isn't good for diabetics.
Or just use the honey alternative, it’s one of the most nutritious things on this planet.
Suger us sugar is correct. I generally use honey, but your body treats any of it like sugar.
The benefits of honey in reference to it being more nutritious are miniscule.
Choc Zero or Lily's chocolate are sugar free and very good.
I can't stop loving pb!!!! My favorite food.
My go to treat is one slice of grain bread half smeared with PB, fold over and dip in applesauce. LOVE IT! Almost 70 and have eaten it for all my life....not every day mind you. Just a few days a week for lunch.
65 and i so the same. Best quick snack i love ❤@@shirley7137
Yes never really like pb but have gotten it to eat like it now Organic pb other has to much sugar & preservatives & stabilizers you do have stir Organic but do always refrigerat will get thicker doesn't love it much better then the non organic & about 2 grams of natural sugars none added great with Bananas or to make a no bake dessert use raw honey to eat a sandwich instead of jelly they make a jelly made with fruit sugar only but hard to find & real expensive plus raw honey taste better to me.
You should try Hu Chocolate, their chocolate products are refined sugar free and sweetened with more natural sugars like dates or coconut sugar as opposed to stevia. Also Dr. Bronners (yes the same maker as the soap 😆) actually has chocolate bars out now and they’re sweetened with coconut sugar.
Try ChocZero chocolate. It’s amazing, melt easy & only contains monkfruit for sweetening.
I don’t like the taste of lilies much. How’s the taste of Choczero ? any aftertaste?
Choczero has no aftertaste at all. I love it. Chocolate chips, they have some that are like Almond Joy's, Reese's peanut butter cups, chocolate with hazelnuts. Delicious!!!!
@@rosiemoya2459 In addition to no aftertaste, they also offer MILK chocolate chips.
My first time seeing you! I LOVE your personality! A sweet no nonsense woman with great ideas!! You are blessed. Thank you for sharing.
Totally agree, she is a pleasure to watch
Maple syrup and honey are sugars.
But theyre better than refined cane sugar and a little goes a long way.
Yes. Sugar is sugar. It all breaks down into glucose and fructose and too much of it, especially when delivered without fiber, gets stored for later use in our liver and fat cells. Thank you Glucose Goddess!
@@susiex6669 They're not really much better. There are so many amazing alternatives out there that won't spike your insulin like that stuff will.
@@marthajean50 Good honey, like manuka honey, also has medicinal properties.
@@susiex6669 It's antibacterial. But if you want to avoid all the awful damage that carbs do, you can't eat it -- it is still sugar. Fruit, honey, whole grain bread, corn, etc., all raise your blood sugar. A good book to learn about it is Dr. David Perlmutter's "Grain Brain", but there's good information out there everywhere, including on the back of the honey and maple syrup bottles -- look at the nutrition labels on them -- they're hugely high in sugar.
If you wad up your paper and then put it in the pan, it will conform better.
Thanks for the recipe!
These look fantastic! They seem to be pretty easy/straightforward to make. I will definitely be giving them a try.
These really pique my interest! Looks so yummy! TY for sharing❤
I can't wait to try these recipes, thx for sharing!
You're treats look so delicious!! Thank you for sharing!💖
Thanks for sharing! Those look like great options for a Snack!! ❤❤
I’m going to try both of them. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Lil Sis! I'll be trying both. When eating refined (laboratory-made) sugars, my joints GET MAD and complain in pain. I've never been a big sweets eater, however, I do notice that when I have a piece of chocolate, doth not protests as strongly...hehehehe😀😀I can't wait to try this. Thanks as always and am wishing you showers of blessings.
I was never big on sweets until I hit 50. Then my body went all to heck. I craved sweets and my doctor finally got me approved for some meds because I have a blood decease called "Factor V" its not good for me to have sweets. But thanks to Camirra. I can have these every once in a while.
Coconut sugar does not do that. Research it..
@@shirley7137 Thanks for the tip...will be checking into it.
😂
This looks amazing! Thank you for this video! You are just too sweet.
This is an awesome alternative! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks Camirra have a great weekend you and your family . GOD BLESS ❤
Girl, folks be trippin me out, I LOOOOVE, LOVE me some peanut butter ok!!! Im a JIF extra peanuts in it girl, and thats all she wrote. Peanut butter ain't did nothing to nobody. And I do not care about what the, "perfect" eating people think or say, shoo'd peanut butter good, they know it too. Already tried almond and his butter, yep I said it, his butter, and I don't like it. Homemade or store bought peanut butter, (JIF) is alright with me. Holla! Loved this recipe!!! It looks delicious, as do everything you make. Thank you for sharing this recipe. God bless you! Happy Resurrection Day! Amen!🕊️🙏❤🎉🍫😋
I like both recipes! Thanks for sharing! I will be trying!
Im so ready to try these recipes. They look so good . Thank yu so much for sharing . ❤
its great to eat good and eat healthy, thank you blessings
Very helpful video!
Awesome recipe!!
Wow! This looks amazing 🤩! Thanks you so much for this recipe . I haven’t made it yet and I already know it’s going to taste great 😊
I'm definitely trying these candy recipes.
That sounds really good! Sometimes when I'm craving something sweet I just mix sugar, butter, vanilla and flour. Very simple and delicious.
giving me cookie dough vibes
I’m going to try both of them. Thanks for the recipe.
Can't wait to try your recipes ❤ Thank you
Hi love the recipe .Thank you.I made it with blended dates to substitute the monk fruit. Lindt makes 100% Dark chocolate bars.. No sugar.
I love the Lindt sugar-free bars. I melt it and put it on my date/banana/ground almond chocolate (cocoa) cake ;)
"if you want water just drink water" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hahaha.. true 🎉
Haha!! Took the comment right out of my mouth 😂
Thanks for sharing, looks very delicious
Thank you ~ this looks so Delicious and easy to make ~ I’ll have to try it soon 😊
It looks good! Ever now and then, there's a candy bar that I have to get!
WOW Chef CAMIRRA 👩🏾🍳, both recipes sounds amazingly Divine and exceptionally delicious 😋. Absolutely Sensational. Enjoy a happy and blessed stress free peaceful Sunday with your family and a fantastic week ahead God bless you all in abundance forever . Amen 😊. Well done 👏🏽👏🏽💛💐🧡✨👑✨👸🏽😘.
Thanks for the recipes! They both look delicious
It's good fat. It's not hard to find chocolate without sugar. All you have to do is get some baking chocolate from the baking isle. But oyu won't want to use it straight up - it's way too bitter. You can find chocolate with no refined sugar such as chocolate with honey, mple syrup, stevia, etc. These look yummy!
I like peanut butter 😊
I am going to try the chocolate and date bar. That looks really good. I’m not much of a nut peanut butter candy bar type person. Do you think we could change the peanuts in the cashews into walnuts? Because I like walnuts. This time of the year, when Easter is coming around, I really love the Cadberry chocolate. This might keep me from eating some of that. So thank you very much, Kathy.
Yes any nuts can work!
This looks amazing! Can’t wait to try it! Thanks for sharing! 😊
These are great recipes!!
If you want water just drink water.😂😂😂
i swear 😂😂😂
Your miracle moo is $60 a jar, that’s rather expensive to me
its 39.95 for the smaller size. if you have gut issues its worth it, esp if you take a 1/2 dose (which I do all the time) i have really enjoyed the product.
Ty so much for the info
Yeah not paying 60 but will consider paying the reduced amount because I've suffered with stomach issues for my entire life
i hope you try the lower priced one to give it a go! i really enjoy the product!@@CarolShook-yg9nn
Find you some REAL MILK you will get more than the moo
You have the most adorable personality 💗.
You are a genius! These are wonderful recipes!! Thank you!
My favourite lunch WAS homemade bread, toasted with peanut butter. For over a year now, no homemade bread for me, and no peanut butter. I no longer have cravings, but I do love watching you, and may use the crust to make KETO lemon bars. This does look yummy though. Thanks! ❤️
thats a goods idea1 the crust is versatile so a lemon top would work
Since when is maple syrup not sugar? It doesn't matter if it is in the whole recipe. Dates are Stright up sugar. Maybe try allulose
Dates are low to medium on the glycemic index. Used sparingly- just a few not a pound is a great way to naturally sweeten food for those of us who do not eat sugar. They are also very nutritious. Allulose is now under investigation and it's costly. I use Majool dates instead.
Thank you! You are amazing!!!! Thank you for your tutorial!
lily's sugarfree chocolate chips are delish. thanks for the great recipes. they are fantastic!!!
A high fat diet can help you lose weight. Your body is either going to use fat or sugar for fuel. You'll be able to tell by your cravings.

5:26 I know..awful. Products like those, are products that are made, in the industry, when the calf is immediately taken from the mom before it can even nurse. Awful practice. And I am with you .❤
What a great video! Thanks for the great ideas!
Are you aware of what Colostrum is? I don't think I am up to consuming colostrum from a cow goat or wherever they get it. If it works for you, go ahead.
I'm sure this smart lady knows what colostrum is. The audacity...
SMH 🤦♀️
Most women know what colostrum is. We produce it in our breast after we give birth.
This looks absolutely amazing ☺️
Colostrum is one if the the goodies in mothers (breast milk), giving the baby more benefits for the immune system and general health. Google it.
maple syrup is pure sugar.....so you are eating surgar
It no refined sugar. Also you can replace with more of the monk fruit
Your body needs sugar, but NATURAL sugar, not refined. Organic maple syrup is low glycemic
Looks delicious 😋
Looks delicious 😋 can't wait to make them
Video title ... "I Dont Eat Sugar" , yet she uses maple syrup in the ingredients, 14 grams of sugar
I said no refined sugar
oh ok, I said "VIDEO TITLE" which does not include the words 'no refined", but ok, no refined. got it.
@@CamirrasKitchen Dear lady, ignore the idiots. You are awesome.
actual maple syrup doesn't have any sugar in it
