With the rise in popularity of craft beers, there has also been an increase in generic beers posing as craft beers!! Dive into my rabbit hole and let me teach you a thing or two!!
I think the worst part about these products is the presentation is going to fool customers looking to get into craft beer into thinking they're legitimate and not realise they're from Woolworths and Coles, the complete opposite of an independent business in the industry. They're a factor in why independent breweries have been struggling recently among many other factors to consider, which makes me view these in a really negative light (and also them just not being good beers in my opinion).
I think if you're purchasing these to inform the audience of these scummy practices then I'd say you're doing a good cause lol. I forgot to mention that a friend had gotten me a four pack of Hopmosphere West Coast IPA (a Pinniacle Drinks product) for my birthday months ago not aware that its a Woolworths product and so far its one of my least favourite beers I've had this year... not good.
Thankfully for me, I have a local owned craft bottle shop that sells heaps of awesome beer, its sick because it still has the bigger craft brands like coopers, but also some really tiny breweries that make some tasty (and dangerous) beverages. Rage against the machine, fuck woolies
There's a shit load of truth in that vid, well done 👍👍
Cheers mate! I perform all my own stunts 😎😎
Excellent!
Cheers mate! Hopefully I’ve cleared up the controversy!!😂
@@martysbeershow either way, I'm informed and thirsty. Killer episode, dude.
@@DogsWalletSnr Unfortunately now I have seven 6 packs of beer that I’ve just told people to avoid 😂
Well said, mate. Drink local. Cheers!
Spread the word!

I was really hoping no one saw me at the bottle shop buying these🫣🫣

@@Angela-gh4nk I actually went to two of my local breweries straight after buying all these, and had some proper craft beers😍😍
Good on ya for bringing attention to these fakers. Sure the beers not bad, but its deceptive marketing. Support local.
My local breweries make much better beers!! Cheers!!

10Toes Pipeline Pale Ale is the best
Had a few Pipelines last week, they’re a cracker!!! Cheers!
Tinnies is done by Brick Lane!
I think they actually make beers for a few other labels too!
@@martysbeershow I did a bit of digging, and you're right. Tradie beer is one of them!
@@martinscown1117 I did a review on the Tradie beers awhile ago, and they liked it so much they sent me a bunch of underwear!! Winning!!
