- How to Improve Working Memory
It's estimated that up to 80% to 85% of children with ADHD experience problems with working memory when evaluated with cognitive tasks, according to Very Well Health.
In this video, Dr. Saline explains why ADHD brings executive function deficits like weak working memory and how caregivers can help strengthen that muscle in a live interactive ADHD Support Group on Facebook with ADDitude Magazine.

Me learning so so much about Neurodiverse children. I am a Tutor and for some odd reason I always find children with ADHD. I have managed to help the ones I have worked with in the past but they're all unique and the one I am currently working with is challenging me to learn more about ADHD and working memory.

One small thing I found that helps with not forgetting stuff is grouping activites, for example a few years ago I grouped putting deodorant on with putting socks on in my morning routine, I can't leave the house without socks, so I also won't leave the house without deodorant
This is a great tool! Thanks for sharing--
Describe mindfulness in your words
Mindfulness is the awareness of yourself--thoughts, feelings and actions--without judgment and with compassionate acceptance. You notice what's happening and own it without self-criticism.
What are your thoughts on neurofeedback being used to address ADHD symptoms? This was recommended to me recently after being dx with Inattentive subtype, but I'm struggling to find much research on it though for effectiveness.
