we need to share steve's channel as much as possible, his videos are already so high quality and so entertaining!
Thank you so much! Really glad to hear you’re enjoying them 👍
Is that Steve's mum posting?!!! 😊
😂 @@jeffholt9437 doubt my old dear could finger out CZcams.
@@LPP_YT I'm not sure I'd want her "fingering MyTube" Steve but I think I get your point ! ☺
I truly enjoy your videos, and especially the longer ones
While I'll most likely never have the tools to do a lot of these techniques, these videos are still very useful to get an insight into how a pro paints and I can take some of the core ideas and utilize them with techniques/tools I have.
Happy I can help, if you’ve got an Q’s let me know 👍
that was pretty cool
Cheers!
Metal color series are my favorite metallics as well! One thing I have found is that Silver and Duraluminium are very similar in tone and value. The main difference being that the aluminium flake content in Duraluminium is higher than in the Silver (after decanting them all it's much easier to tell what is what). I found Chrome to be the brightest metallic in the range and great for the highest highlight.
Very interesting and informative. I want to put a very metallic finish on my Knights, this looks a great direction to go. 👍
Glad you found it helpful. @me on insta, I would love to see how you get on with your knights 👍
6:21 yeah that happened to me too. Scale has great customer service and provided me with replacement caps.
Interesting 🧐 thanks, might drop them a message.

What happens if you add contrast directly to the VMC paints?
I’d imagine it’d be tinted the contrast colour…?
