I married a Nigerian man and your channel as saved me, my mother in law is pleased with me. Thank you ! ❤
You’re only judged on your cooking ability in your family??? That’s sad
@mattkk3726 tell us you have no culture without telling us you have no culture.
Hi! I'm Brazilian and in the state I live (Bahia) the influence of African culture is strong! We have delicious plates created by African people, like caruru, vatapá, feijoada. I'll try this recipe too. Love your chanel! xo
Caruru is my favorite. You basically eat it with Acaraje aka Akara (In Yoruba). Bahia indeed have huge Yoruba influence. We're family indeed.
I'm one of your biggest fan, and I love your style, methods and all manner of your approaches to cooking. I was married for over 20 years, wifey passed away in 2019, and so, I do a lot of cooking, these days myself now that I'm single, using all your recipes. It's been a GREAT PLEASURE finding you on CZcams.
YOU'RE DA BEST.
Franklin.
GOD comfort you IJN❤✝️
My best friend her mom used to make this and i just loved and adored her cooking, we are colombians but my greag grandmother was a nigerian woman and everytime my mom and i eat nigerian food it just hits the soul in the deepest ways you can imagine. Thank you so much for sharing these wonderfull recipes!!
I just need fresh Agege bread or white rice with this stew and a glass of water.😌
I just made this stew, it was so delicious, I almost ate more rice than I require in a day. Thanks for giving us flavourful delicious recipes
Yea feel the aroma too. I love how you seasoned, boil the beef and roast the tomatoes before blending too. This stew went to UNN. Welcome back dear sisi Jermimah
The excitement in your voice at the end of the vid is fully warranted, this stew is serious business! Thank you O!
Happy To See Back❤️❤️Keep Up The Amazing Work🙌🏾
i made this dish yesterday, literally the best stew i’ve ever made , i bought some more meat already cause i’m going to make it again very soon ! roasting your vegetables is key !
You cooking is so inspiring!!! I’ve made loads of your recipes and still making
I also did not see any chilli peppers in the video, but it is listed in the ingredients list.
Your recipes are easy to follow and I appreciate the minimal ingredients that you use. However, I do feel like you leave out important information such as seasoning measurements and how you grilled your beef.
Thank you for the content!
I love that there's no too many ingredients. Going to get the splatter guard as well
Thanks so much for this recipe - I can not wait to try it and will use it the next time I make stew. I love roasted garlic and normally slice a bit of the head off, cover in foil and add a bit of olive oil. I tend to add a lot so I can use the garlic infused olive oil for garlic bread and other things. I can't wait to incorporate this method. I like the idea of roasting the veggies at the same time the meat is boiling. Thanks for sharing.
This is how we cook our stew everytime, the oil is perfect..... I can relate to the thickness and it's so yummy 🤤🤤🤤. My mom's exact recipe 😍💯
Thank you so much for this
Will try this recipe for my husband as he is Nigerian, and love his African cuisines
I’m from Nepal. Your curry looks so amazing. Watching for the first time..and I will try to make it at home.😀

Wow! Yummy. I love your method of cooking. I haven't seen it stew made in this form like roasting of the tomatoes, garlic and peppers. Would you share how you got this reddish color of stew? The color of your stew is very red. How did you achieve the reddish color? I want to try it out

How did you get that beautiful color, mine came out light red, any suggestions?
Love your channel❤
Looks bomb for real. What cut of beef is sheen (spelling?) cos my butcher was confused when I said that.
Okay this is beautiful.. I'm surprised you didn't use tomato paste and it turned out this red . Is it cause you roasted the fresh tomatoes and peppers?
Hi! What temperature do you grill the vegetables at? Also, did you grill the beef in the oven (what temperature)? Or on an actual grill?
I'm salivating here. Pls send my share across ma. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe with us. 😊👍👌
Looks so yummy 😋 ❤️😍

😍😍
Welcome back ma
So lovely am going to do this
Amazing content
Just perfect 💯
Looks beautiful
Sisi Jemimah well done.
I roast my core ingredients like you do as I believe that’s how you accentuate the natural msg in your ingredients. As a result I have gone maggi free and never use bouillon cubes or such like in my stews.
This is so beautiful. I will cook this to catch my husband😊
I would like to try this recipe with beef that has bones so that the meet is tender and falling off the bone. How long do you recommend I boil the meet to get that type of tenderness?
please what is the name of the splatter guard you use?
Is it sold on Amazon?
Any tips for someone who HAS to reduce the oil? (Chronic disease reasons) should I cook it longer? Higher heat?
I missed you, where were you. Glad you’re back
Na white rice remain ooo. Looks delicious 😋
Did you blend the garlic with the skin?
Do u remove the skin from the garlic after its been roasted?
I am from Egypt and the video caught my attention. You are the best 😭🔥🔥🔥🔥 I have liked and subscribed. Best of luck you deserve millions of viewers!🤩

I'm a new subscriber. I've watched three or four of your videos, and they're all good. I can't figure out whether you're Caribbean or African, though. Not that it matters, 'cause this is all wonderful, but I'm curious. Thank you.
