6. team is marching, maintaining the shoulders together (not pushing inward) helps to keep the team in synch. I would suggest not having the cord on the other flag you are carrying on the left. It is a standard static decoration and usually not marched. Plus, this flag is "more decorated" than Old Glory and both flags should be as equal as possible. OK, I've written a bunch, I hope my comments are helpful. Please let me know if you have questions/comments! DrillMaster
2. The next left would be the half step for the wheel. Left Guard: at around :30, you are Marking Time with suspended arm swing (good!), however, you are pinning your hand to your leg, so your hand is rising up and down with your leg. Let it hang and stay in one place. This goes for the whole team as well, but the left guard is all I can see right now. It's not necessary to call "Uncase Colors", but it is also not "wrong". Color Bearers: After the colors have been uncased, the unfurling
3. process begins right then. Technically, the colors should be completely unfurled (unrolled) while the flagstaff is horizontal and then brought up to the cup (do not look down at this point!). But, since the flags may tough the ground they should be brought up to a slight angle from the shoulder (do not bring the staffs down like you do here) only when it is absolutely necessary to completely unfurl the colors. Then bring the staffs to vertical and place them in the cups. When Present Arms
4. is called, the guards should face the colors, tuck the cases under their left arm (draping the case over the left is fine as well), bring their right arm to the Sling position, drop it to Attention and then render their salutes. Tucking the case into the colors bearer's sling should take just a few seconds. This needs work. FYI: none of the manuals state to have the guard step forward for the sling adjustments. The FM just says to put the rifle butt into the bend of the leg. The step is not
5. "wrong" either, though. For the Colors Reverse, you begin with a slow tempo and then end with a greatly increased tempo. Around the 3:00 mark, the step here after Forward, is just too slow and the team is not synched. Work at getting 90 SPM (steps per minute) ingrained into each member of the team. Practice with a metronome which will help greatly. Team: it helps to have a four-inch space at the shoulders between each Driller when halted so as to facilitate easier equipment movement. When the

Guards: arms should be at a 45-degree angle when at Right Shoulder! Call commands as the heel begins to strike the ground and DON'T SPEED UP when you are Marking Time or Half-Stepping. I know it is common for a team to increase the marching tempo at these two times, but this is not how to properly execute either of these to moves. Keep the same tempo throughout the whole performance. I cannot tell: is the team taking another full right step after the command for the first Left Wheel?
speed up the pace, slow the mark time and half stepping , and ALIGNMENT!! :O Sharpness too, and the commanders command voice, needs work. Report in/out, his voice was loud but during the sequence, it had no ring to it. Kinda irritating :( other than that, its just the little things, and yall could be badass :D

One of the weirdest color guards I've seen. But I guess people put their own spin on it
