    I was hired by a federal government agency and signed an offer letter for designated pay scale. They have now determined they used an "the wrong scale" (there were two scales) and they are now "correcting my pay and I have been given a debt letter". Is this a breach of contract?

    I have an employment contract offer “not signed” with several fees that amount to $50k in fees if I breach. Plus other provisions that might be against ethics rules for professional responsibility.
    Could you share your thoughts?

    Can you claim damages for the loss of future wages calculated to your retirement date, if your employment contract was for a permanent position. Thanks

      We have a playlist on calculating damages that might be useful to you. The closest I can answer in text is generally, in most jurisdictions and most situations, no. But on rare occasions yes.

    What about an implied contract?

      That's a pretty difficult legal argument to make. Especially as many states and jurisdictions don't allow for verbal employment contracts.

    I was awarded compensatory damages and backpay (EEOC disability). However, they only paid the compensatory damages and the AJ gave them 4 months to pay the damages award. It’s been over a year, is this considered a breach of contract?

    If I was retaliated on by Osha claim in sex harassment but I still work there they sent a private investigator to talk to me he wanted my evidence but I didn’t give him all my evidence that I had my employer gave me a false 301 log
