Will employment attorneys collect what they won for you? Do they charge extra to do that?!

Thanks for the video Vincent. Hopefully this issue does not happen regularly.

Could you please do a video about the different types of retaliation and some specific examples?

Greetings Mr White: I and 4 others have open EEOC cases towards the same x employer. I have provided my rebuttal and for the past two months it's been back in EEOC Investigation. What's the normal time frame for it to be in investigation? Also this billion dollar company is in the works to sell to another billion dollar company. Time frame for this to be done almost a year. Will this have any bearings on my and other x-coworker cases especially if we are provided the right to sue letter from the EEOC? I have already done the EEOC mediation and my x employer pretty much said - go take a hike.

Thank you Vince for your video! I lost trust in my former attorneys when they collected $1.5 million dollars from 2017-2020, and told me to find a collections attorney to collect judgement. Disparity in salary has been ongoing and now my health insurance has been terminated.
Do employment attorneys get their fee from past/future economic damages?

Hi Vince, Ive been watching your videos for the past 6 months as I deal with my own employment shitshow. You often pose the exact question I’m wondering about. Here are 2 I haven’t seen yet:
    1. What is the difference between attorney fees and contingency fees? Are they the same thing? When an employer agrees to pay a plaintiff’s attorney fees, is this above and beyond the contingency % fees? If they don’t cover these, is this something the plaintiff should expect to pay in addition to contingency % fee?
    2. As someone who is still employed by the institution I am suing, I am (shocker!) experiencing retaliation, loss of responsibility/prestige, and isolation at work. At what point does the initial value of a case go up and how is this assessed?

Mr. White I really appreciate all the advice you give. Do you ever take cases outside of your state?

We handle workplace discrimination and sexual harassment cases in all 50 States, but we always urge potential clients to check their local options first as they will generally be cheaper than our firm. Our firm has to fly attorneys around the country, while the local options do not.

Hey Vince, I am in the middle of a final settlement attempt with my pre litigation team with the notice of right to sue as leverage, I've (just in case) attempted to get post litigation counsel to pick up my discrimination and retaliation case, but have been refused for different reasons... I have about a month and a half or less to file in federal court and since I watch your videos all the time I figured you could give me some sound advice....oh.....I also have the employer on audio harassing and hushing the discrimination and emotional damage before terminating me few days later. @@JobAttorney
