  • In this first of 4 videos of a self-typing discussion, funny, fiesty, and caring ESFJ Chelsea speaks of some temperamental differences she notices between herself and her dear old friends, a couple of days after Jo first figured out her best-fit MBTI type, and Chelsea re-confirmed hers.
In the last video (4) of the series, I'll comment on which things they said I thought were highly differentiating things per cognitive function preferences and best-fit whole MBTI type vs. stuff that was neither here nor there for figuring that out.
In this session I just wanted to let those two go through the process pretty spontaneously, with just a bit of figuring and clarification from me.
Another one for the mega-nerds :-). And, hopefully, an enjoyable opportunity to observe a real-life hangout in which typing confirmation happens, and to make your own guesses as to outcome and what's relevant to typing as the series unfolds.

Awesome! Thanks for this. The ESFJs comments about being bored while in the middle of abstract conversations illustrate the flip-side of how intuitives often feel. Enid, you really have a knack for getting folks to relax while interviewing. 😊

I'm glad you're still about, Karen Traa. :-)
Care to guess which type Jo (the brunette) is?

Wow, this is such an interesting video! Love seeing the dynamics between the two! I'm a new subscriber and hope you continue making videos again xoxo

I'm so curious about the brunette's personality type

      Great!
I'm deliberately delaying the answer and witholding til the end my commentary on what these two said during the process that I thought was significant per differentiating their best-fit types so that the nerds who want to share in the process and try their hand at refining their typing skills on their own before I drone on with my opinions as to what's relevant to the process that Jo and Chelsea revealed about themselves, and what's neither here nor there. ;-)
Teaser: Jo's an absolutely classic specimen of her type. I'll say no more for a bit.

I have a strong feeling that she's either an intj or an infj .

@@nesrine2566 Sorry, but not even close. What's sifted out in two more stays and several chats at my place is very clear ESFP for her. After the first 45 mins of talking with her, it was really clear to me she would end up identifying with one of the ExFPs, though it took a little while for the second-round elimination to occur.
In case it's useful to know, since you seem to like guessing, too? . . .
In my freakily vast social experience with each of the IxNJs, not a single one behaves or speaks or gives a vibe _ANYTHING AT ALL_ like Jo or myself (ENFP).
I wonder what that gap is about?
I'm still going to do the fourth video where I'll explain more. I've just started to review my old stuff and am getting reacquainted with the channel.

@@EnidFPatternson thank you for replying , I love guessing too much that couldn't even settle on one type.(I call it the scatterbrain syndrome due to the use of Ne).
The gap might be because of the energy they use: for ijs it is either blast or sleep ,for eps it would be consume or play.
I'm looking forward to the fourth part of the video.
