  • Have you ever distributed THIS in your car? - What exactly it is and why you should distribute it in your car, I explain to you here!
    ✅ Is HERE something for you? ➡️ amzn.to/3Hi7tEy *
    Especially in the cold months you have more often moisture in the car. This affects the visibility and when it's freezing outside it can even be that your windows are frozen from the inside. Then you have to scratch not only outside but also inside. Of course, we want to avoid this in the best case and for this a dehumidifier is suitable from a kind of home remedy, which we build ourselves.
    In this case, it is cat litter. Because cat litter can absorb the moisture from the air and thus ensure that your car is no longer damp from the inside. To do this, you should fill a sock with cat litter. Make sure that there is no hole in the sock. Then tie a knot in the top and put another sock over this sock, which you then also tie.
    Now you can put this sock filled with cat litter in your car. Preferably directly on the dashboard. While you are using your car, you can simply put the cat litter sock under the seat.
    You will notice that there is hardly any moisture in the car. If you notice over time that the moisture in the car starts to return, you should change the cat litter in the sock every now and then.
    Try this ingenious trick but also with you necessarily once, so that you have no more moisture in the car.

      It’s not very nice to laugh at another person’s misfortune but you have to admit that’s pretty funn. When I first saw the headline I thought he was going to say you spread it all over the car floor. All I could think of was there’s no way I’m running around town in a litter box on wheels!! The other thing I thought of was that’s going to be pretty ugly to try and vacuum up!

    • @tommykawasaki9676
      @tommykawasaki9676 Před 2 lety +3

      LOL 😂
      that’s exactly what I was thinking too.
      Only my luck is so bad, I would get in drive off, not notice the mountain lion shitting in the back seat & he would attack me while I drove & I would have to fight him off.
      While doing that, I would get pulled over for inattentive driving,
      & as the officer walked up to the car, the mountain lion would jump out the passenger side & the officer would ask where my face went & he wouldn’t believe a mountain lion tore it off & I would get arrested for tripping out on acid, besides the driving charge.
      Then I would be sent directly to jail & they would loose the key & I would develop dementia & live to be 142.
      Don’t put kitty litter in your car.
      This could happen to you.

    • @CarrieGerenScogginsOfficial
      @CarrieGerenScogginsOfficial Před 2 lety +4

      Yeah, it works if you have an air condition in one's car. Our vehicles do not have one. It does suck a lot of water out of the car, as it leaves puddles of water under their car. Maybe he is thinking of when you are not in your car, over night that water is back in the car, enough to leave wet windows to freeze up,
      I was thinking of trying his trick in our house. copy and paste my comment on getting rid of water in the home. BTW, I use it to keep water out because of musical equipment that I do not want to ruin, guitars can warp if there is moisture. if a guitar warps the tiniest amount it can change the sound and it will be worthless.
      ---
      I did not know that cat litter helps get rid of moisture, but I had gotten the trick of using salt from CZcams channel "Homestead Homies, Off Grid With Dug And Stacy," to use salt inside a cotton cloth to dry up moisture in the home. They had gotten this trick from the Amish, saying they used large crystal salt, like what is used in a home-made ice cream maker salt, or road salt used for snow and ice, a large grain salt, in an old cotton shirt tied at the top, and hang it in the basement or crawl space under one's house, over a bucket, and let the water it absorbs drip into the bucket, dump the water every few days, to get rid of moisture in the home.
      I put table salt, small grain salt in panty hose and hung it up, it did not drip water off, yet it did absorb enough water to turn the salt into one hard solid mass. I now have large grain salt sitting out in cups in every room to absorb moisture. I will also use your cat litter trick with it, together I can have double protection.

      Then you freeze to death in your car and when you put the heating on, all that condensed moisture evaporates back into the car and fogs the windows as it condenses onto the cold windows.
      Just put the heater on and then open a couple of windows slightly. The warm, moist higher pressure air will go out of the windows, taking the moisture with it.

    I would address the ROOT of the problem. Water intrusion. There are drain holes at the bottoms of doors etc. that can get clogged. If you have a sunroof, there are drain holes on the periphery as well.

    • @valerierodger7700
      @valerierodger7700 Před 2 lety +3

      That may be the root of the problem for some people.
      Most commonly, however, it’s simply getting in and out of the car during the pouring rain, bringing water in with you, or, for a good number of us, all the snow on our shoes and boots that comes into the car, melts, and stays in the car as moisture just waiting to ice up the interior of our windshield.

      If you leave your windows down or your roof seals are old and it rains like in my 1996 Camaro that i am restoring lol you get more than humidity this is only one of the steps to a slew of problems you can have and this helped me. I don't think controls can kill mold over night. Once you turn your car off no ac ALSO the heat underneath your car will evaporate any water left in your car and make everything moist again. He is saying to keep your car fresh 24/7 put this under the seat and forget.

    To stop freezing windows in winter, follow these tips from our mechanic son. While driving have the warm air blowing well enough to circulate out through the door, then just before arriving at your destination cool the inside of the car by opening window, turning off heat. The most important tip which works wonders is ever so slightly open the window, even 1/8 inch. Next morning, when you operate the window, press gently and quickly enough not to engage the automatic open feature. First close up that tiny bit, then open slightly and if needed, repeat. By not engaging the automatic feature the window works harder to clear any frozen bit. I have not once had an issue since my son explained this to me. And yes, as written below, using the air conditioning clears moisture in the doors too.

Alternative is to hang the sock straight in can slightly touching clay litter on bottom, charcoal / clay in loose sock.

      I spread the cat litter all thru the car, including on the dash, sans sock. Works a treat as the frogs say.

    Your car constantly takes in air from outside the car. As it takes in fresh air it continually takes in moisture. This isn't going to work very well.
