      Pet jelly is flammable. In a hospital you can not put it on a patients face bc with the oxygen it can catch fire with a small static spark. Yes it is rare but common enough you will be written up for doing it. Is it likely if you do not get it too close to a flame? No, but even she BETTER EDIT THE VIDEO DUE TO PEOPLE LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GET MONEY!!

    Andrea Jean, You are terrific and your help is stupendous! I have kept house since l was 18, married to my US soldier husband who then was shipped off to Viet Nam for a year and made a career of the US Army. Wherever we went, l always went to college, while keeping house and raising kids. Seven different colleges, but l became a teacher and enjoyed a wonderful career. I’m 75 with s-so health now, my first and second husband, parents, and my children, sister, brother, lifelong best friends have all passed away… Guess what though, l’m still keeping house as best l am able, while l am raising my 11 year old grandson and my now 19 year old granddaughter. They are such a Blessing! Anyway, through it all l learned and continue to learn many new tips and tricks to make my house a good home. Numerous of yours are more modern and effective and so easy- Thank You so very much. Here’s one of my all time favorite tips: If you use the round paper accordion type coffee filters when making coffee, you may have trouble separating the individual ones from each other. Grab a layered stack which is the thickness of about a 1/2”, and keeping them stacked like that turn the whole unit inside out in one simple motion. Voila! They’re separated now but still stacked together neatly. Easy to grab each single filter at a time right off the top. Some people keep the stacks inside the ground coffee container on top of the coffee, but l just keep mine in a little round container next to the coffee canister in the cupboard.😉

    Be careful with stainless steel sponges because they will make little gray scratch marks. I would suggest using Magic Erasers instead and bars keepers

    • @PropurtysChannel
      @PropurtysChannel Před 3 měsíci +1

      All 3 of those are very abrasive. Magic eraser is basically wet sanding anything you scrub. Most things are not harder than it. Bar keepers has ceramic abrasives too. So just an fyi for people using these products, be sure you are okay with rubbing paint, coatings, & other materials off of what you're cleaning. They work great obviously, but some things you'd rather keep pristine.
      Magic erasers are very high grit, so essentially you're getting a near polish finish. It tends to make paint shiny. If you look closely at ceramics and other materials after using it, you can see micro scratches in certain light. I found that out the hard way after cleaning a bathroom. It looked great, but when the light hit just right I could see the wear. So now I am very picky on what I use when it contains hard abrasives.

      @LottoScratchin Před 2 lety

      Bar Keeper's Friend works well on porcelain sinks. It can eventually damage the surface over years of use and heavy handed scrubbing. If you use it with a soft cloth/sponge and don't let it sit too long, it's best. You will be amazed! It would take our porcelain kitchen sink from yellow to white in about a minute. I usually did this about 3x a week. We've since replaced the sink. So how I did it was, wet the sink, shake the powder on the stained surfaces. Let it sit about a minute, then rinse and wipe away. Simple. However, you may find you need a more thorough rinse. It also works on tubs/showers to remove iron (orange) from well water.

      Mr clean eraser pads work awesome on flat top. Wet the sponge. Little elbow rub. Do this after cooking, and the top has cooled down. Then use dawn dish soap, just a small drop with a microfiber towel.( Wet towel.) This makes it shine👍

    You can clean those grates and burner covers easily by putting them in a bag, putting ammonia in the bag (don’t cover them just put a couple cups in…it’s the fumes that loosens it). Tie up bag and leave overnight. You won’t believe how easily the grime comes off!
