Is there a way to keep this order of groups and cameras names AFTER logging out? Or do i have to do this on computer I have my main account

Im not sure I understand the question. You can create groups in device management without creating a Hik-Connect account. You do not have to be logged in.

If the appl stoped or blocked and i add kind of groupe camera as u say.did y have any solution for make backup config and devices .you talk about 50 camera i m talking about mor then 400 camera

Make sure you have the new IVMS version 3.10.0.6. If you don't, you are going to have all kinds of issues.
