Please give the solution, one of d customer he added the dvr to hik account and he forgot the account details, he don't know the details, n he selected the wrong country while creating account, n he tried tried n just to hide it, he deleted the account also now. Please help what I should do to add that dvr, whenever I tried it shows device already added, n wen I try to unbind, it shows u r in different area.

I see the cameras have a 5 minute limit, its there a way to extend the time limit?

Don't add with cloud, but connect with local IP or publik ip, or ddns

No le recomiendo que lo pongan en p2p porque solo reproducir a la cámara en 5 minutos después desaparecerá volver a cargar Para volver a reproducir
