It’s really hard. I tried not to be depressed about the documents case but, it just seems like it just kept pulling me back in. Sorta like the quote in the Godfather’s movie “ Just when I thought I was out, They pull me back in !”😂

Lack of media literacy is the real problem, as well as people not knowing how to gauge good information from the bad. I took a class in graduate school called 'research methods', it's not intuitive and takes discipline to identify bias in an article and how it rubs against your own internal bias that we all have. Most people don't ever even scrape the surface with this sort of analysis and quite frankly it was one of the most important classes I've ever taken. It should be part of every high school curriculum, because it's not rocket science.

What’s crazy is that, the majority of them speak from a place of privilege, so the consequences of the things they say, don’t really affect them. So they have no incentive to stop or tone it down.

How are you gonna withhold money that’s needed to get the positive message of what this administration has done if you really are afraid of democracy falling? And the biggest issue I have is why do you think your singular voice matters, George Clooney, heiress to the Disney enterprise, insert anybody’s name who’s diverging from the ticket; when the country chose Biden in the primaries and the previous election. One person, one vote; regardless of how rich you are. So, yeah I’m taking note of the detractors because something’s not right with them and they have lost credibility in my eyes. This is all about the Vice President (VP). When VP Harris was a senator, White liberals loved her. She was a bane in the side of the Republicans. She received all the platitudes exalted by Democrats. Then when she ran for President, the praises were few, but the establishment in the Democratic party knew she was not going to win the Democratic nomination. Once President Biden selected Kamala Harris as Vice President, the tenor towards her changed. The tenor towards President Biden began to change: he was now too old; he was now prone to senior moments. The media began the narrative that VP Harris was feckless and not a good VP. They used the border crisis as an indicator of her ineptness, but the last five Presidents could not solve the border problem.
The powers that be feel that Biden will not see his second term to completion and that scares them. They do not want the VP to be the first woman President. That honor is reserved for a White woman. they will settle for another squared-jawed White male leading them.
This is the coup in the Democratic party. They would rather lose the White House than see VP Harris become President.

Even though the media and others continue to focus on the President's mispronouncing words or mixing up words (gaffes) he actually has a stutter. Which impacts his speech and how he communicates on every level. He has a disability and that is something that no one in the media wants to talk about or acknowledge. Because he is 81 years old his stutter is more of an issue now than ever. I will vote blue, but I wanted to point that out. Even as it relates to his debate performance his stutter which is a disability played a role in his not-so-good performance.
